hallucinating on weed

people say you can't do it but I do. Sometime when I look at a wall with a picture on it the wall looks all glossed over like it would when you're using imaging software and the picture stands out and then i look at my friends ceiling and its a popcorn ceiling and I see it form shapes, and the best way i can explain that is it's just like a connect the dots but the dots are connecting themselves and forming images, so I def hallucinate on weed so to people who say you can't I know that isn't true unless this is the norm for everyone and not really considered hallucinating.

Most of the stuff that's been around for the past 30+ years is not carefully made (impurities, etc.), sometimes dangerously so, and is best avoided even if you're not scared.

Hallucinations are possible, and often even better, with other things that are less risky.

I've been smoking 'trip weed' for over 40 years - a good sativa WILL definitely cause you to hallucinate, at least to the extent of heavy visual and aural distortions - if you're not getting effects like that from your sativa, you ain't growin' the right stuff - besides, the THC/CBD ratio is what determines whether it would be considered a 'depressant' or not - :jointsmile:

You have to admit that the effects from THC, no mattter how strong, aren't full-blown hallucinations. I'd rate them about 10%, at best, of the intensity of some other things I've had, and probably even less than 1% compared to some other things that I've not tried.

Of course, smoking extremely large amounts of THC without a break might bring you pretty close to stronger things. I've heard of people in Hash countries smoing ounces nonstop for hours.

I find that even now with years of smoking, if i get blazed enough I can always hallucinate in the clouds. They always take vivid forms of poeple, objects whatever. From there they change, constantly morphing into something else.

I had this happen the firt time I smoked as well.

It is a VERY REAL thing. When i smoke weed it is more intense than when i did shrooms. Its opened eyed too. Its not just noticing patterns which do happen, but things change. When i take a couple hits from a bong, my vision turns everything into cartoon, blocky, figures of color. NOTHING looks the same. Hallucinations with weed is completely possible, and anyone who says other wise doesnt have a clue. The term is called geometric hallucinations which means that you see hallucinations but you know they arent real aka its not drug induced psychosis

i can take one hit and be fucked. if i take 3 or 4 then i hallucinate. Its not this 10% bullshit that someone said. It is full on. Like i said, it is MORE intense than when i did shrooms. People look different. Things warp. There arent any manifestations of things that arent there, but the things that are look completely different. This happens probably 70% of the time i smoke. which is why i barely smoke if at all anymore.

Its not the normal high vision either, because when i started smoking i had that effect. where things looks interesting and cool. Now its like i can feel it coming up. It has a lot to do with blood pressure as well, like for example if i sit down to quick my vision will go from fucked to even more fucked.

I call it shroom vision. It just lacks the perception.

You'd have to do a lot of weed, or hash, to reach these levels - if it's even possible. I've heard of people smoking large amounts of hash continuously for hours, and maybe that would be similar but I doubt as strong or "real".

Theres a fucking HUGE difference between looking at your lava lamp and thinking the lumps of lava look like eyeballs, and actually seeing some motherfucking eyeballs in your lava lamp.

I can tell by the way you describe them that they aren't true hallucinations. Especially since you are staring at objects, and making them into things they aren't. Weed can make you focus like crazy, and make you stare at a pencil till it looks like whatever the fuck you want. But a true hallucination is when you see an object that is NOT there. Not "Oh man! That lamp looks like a mushroom when I stare at it for 10 minutes!" but like "Holy shit did you see that naked mushroom man run across the room!?

So stop saying you hallucinate on weed, because unless you hallucinate without drugs to begin with, you aren't TRULY hallucinating.
