High,
This summer I'm gonna do an outdoor grow in my back garden and I'm planning on growing durban poison, I have a couple of questions about the strain, Because it's a sativa does that mean it will grow lanky and tall, I don't want it to grow tall, and secondly does it take longer to grow sativas?
Any help would be appreciated

well I grow indoor but if you are concerned with height you could just tie them along a fence or some stakes horizontally or top them to make them shorter

Yeah sativas take longerI believe, plus I think outdoor growing takes longer. And yeah sativas will grow tall and lanky, but that jsut means more weed for you come harvest time :stoned:

Nocturnal Stoner, the only growlog Ive seen of a Durban Poison UK grow is over at Legal Highs, Glass Bongs, Pipes Head Shop (http://www.everyonedoesit.com) in their forums. If you do a search for durban poison over there Im sure youll find it mate :)
BTW, the yield was 14 ounces from two females.

not only is durban poison a sativa, but it is one of the few 100% sativas (that is if its genetics haven't been muddied) meaning that it will crop out in length unlike any other plant, but it will be a beast come harvest time. These are delicate strains and require ample attentiveness, so beware!! good luck

Durban Poison flowers pretty quickly for a sativa... according to seedboutique.com they're done in 8-9 weeks. I just picked some up, but I haven't grown them yet because I don't have enough room (which is a good thing!)
