I know doctors willing to sign referrals are as rare as the Holy Graille, but I keep hearing about a doctor in Oly. Does anyone know what the doctor's name is and does he take referrals only from certain agencies?

Thank you Jeremiah for your right on answer. I contacted them, and was treated pleasantly and professionally, but unfortunately never made it to see the physician. When I get close..a kind of storm happens and I get lost in it for a while and come out somewhere else.
