it's probably the internet browser itself with shite settings. if you're using IE, don't anymore. get firefox www.mozilla.org
or if you really want to keep using IE or whatever else, try messing with options, setting to defaults, whatever you know how to do.

tabbed browsing alone makes firefox worthwhile to me. plus it's power, simplicity, asthetics, etc. popup blocking standard (though the new ie apparently has that feature now too), excellent search engine default plug-in (google, ebay, yahoo, amazon, dictionary, etc all a click away on the address bar. the layout of the browser is visually pleasing, and it's all-around great in my opinion! plus the fact that it doesn't hide a cache of ALL page visit hitory usage data in hidden files practically inaccessible to the normal user (like IE does)

Firefox ownz.
Best part (IMO) of Firefox is how it doesn't coincide with Windows. IE is too closely knitted. Plus, it's (IE) only updated like once a year or so.

AOL is for morons; the smart people who get an AOL installation CD in the mail says "Hey, a free coaster!"

as such, Firefox is truly uber. I am however forced to stay with IE by my work, they don't want to be 'troubleshooting 3rd party software when it fails to perform according to Internet standards'. dumbasses.

No business can get by without taking chances. And it's not like FF is faulty. Far from it.

They probably only say that because most sites are still created with IE in mind...

Not only is Firefox the best browser generally, it's also the best browser for, er, ah, for, er, would you believe ... surfing porn?

Here's the Pornzilla page, with all the good things to say about Firefox:
http://www.squarefree.com/pornzilla/why-firefox.html

Even if you don't use it for that, these pages of Bookmarkets (http://www.squarefree.com/pornzilla/#bookmarklets) and Extensions (http://www.squarefree.com/pornzilla/#extensions) let you easily scan through links and thumbnails, get rid of pop-up windows and stupid flashing graphics, show hidden text, and so on. Ya gotta gettit!
