i thnk its a projector that tracks th green laser pen and put a "projection" of what was writen up.

Yeah the aser is real, they aren't the only peope to have done it. Chisme the reason I asked if you were from SPF is because that video was posted there a few minutes before you posted it here.

It would be real simple to find out where it's from actually. Just look out one of the windows and look for the extremely bright light.

i think he means for people outside the building youd probably need planning to actualy do that on a public building .

but then i ruin that by saying they have the projector sitting outside the building and a long cable leading all the way back to the pen.....whatch the video again youll see it at the start when the van parks up:D
