NEED ADVISE

hey guys, i have been smoking weed fro about 3 months now like everyday, i was wondering since i just went through this knee operation and have these really strong pain killers called Tramadol, what would happen if i snorted two tramadol and then smoked a joint. Keep in mind the painkillers are supposed to be swallowed?

Any susjestions???

I had acl surjury and had some narcotic lora tabs........stick to swallowing so your knee can get better sucks being stuck on the couch like a bum. I hated every min of it. People having to get me things and such. Hobbling around like a dork...okay that is it.
Oh but when on morphine in the hospital (let me remind you) I would press my lips together and go "tick tisk tick tisk" sounds and fade in and out and stop in mid-sentence. Everyone had funny stories to tell me once I was off. But ah the pump I pushed that button like no other........helped the pain........
