Found a bag of what looks like the insides of a cigar or a dutch master, sweet type odor...just the insides and the tip of it...Whats it's for and what could I do with it...I guess who ever lost it, or ditched it emptied the blunt...have no experience with blunts, but i'm assuming its got something to do with it...I attached a pic...

Thats what im asking, I dont think I can do shit with it.....gonna toss it. When I found it, I thought it was a bag of weed, stuck it in my pocket till I got home, I was dissappointed...that would have been a fuckin find...
