Haven't got to that part????????????? What, clicking on the search button located in the right corner????????????????????? lol There are a lot of different soil/soiless mixes's...Here is a simple one...go get cheap potting soil with no peat and mix one part pearlite to two parts soil.

ALRIGHT ALRIGHT ALRIGHT....ILL TAKE ONE FOR THE TEAM SINCE IM BORED...

lights-if its your first grow start out with a couple 42watt CFLS (get them at homedepot)

Soil-also at homedepot you might find Scotts Seedling starter with Added phosphuros. this soil is very gentle on seedlings.

Seeds-either buy some off the internet Gypsy Nirvana's Seed Boutique (http://www.seedboutique.com) or Cannabis Seeds at Auction! (http://www.seedbay.com), they ship to the USA or if you bought some weed from a dealer and found seeds in it you can use that.

pots- also from homedepot. general rule of thumb is for every gallon=foot. i.e. i use to use 5 gallon buckets so it would be suitable to grow a 5 foot plant

Nutrients-i use foxfarm GROWBIG and BIG BLOOM from a hydro store. different people use diff nutes.

now for your homework Cupnoodles......."reading around" will take longer than an hour or two.......took me a couple of months.....but as you can read in my signature knowing how to do something is not the same and actually doing it. it might take a couple of trys with trial and error.....but its the experience that counts and not just reading. goodluck in the future

if you were to get nutrients from Homedepot i would stick to something thats for feeding tomatoes.......you could also check online hydro stores

"piss" contains urea acid, a nitrogen based chem. so yes, you can piss on your plants. no it won't make them "better" and i sure as hell wouldn't want to smoke it...

as for a guide, go to basic growing and check out kp's cannabis college. all you need to know to grow is in that thread, just use the table of contents and scroll down.

I didn't want to screw up my first MJ grow so I went to home depot and bought some tomato, sunflower, zannia, and snapdragon seeds. I planted a little garden in my closet under 30w CFLs and grew those first. I would at least practice the germination of seeds with crap seeds from home depot or seeds from some pot you have.

Also remember that doing less is more... kinda. If you add too many nutes, too close of lights, too much of anything stunts MJ it seems like (except CO2, well, above 6000 ppm or so would...). Like keeko said, just go to home depot and get some soil, perlite, and tomato nutrients.
