Certainly some harsh feelings coming out here. We're all as bad as each other really lol. You can't fault the mods, they are doing their jobs and I haven't been hassled by them...yet. N' if I was hassled by them I'm sure there's a good reason behind it. Also about mods you may not like them having the last say but that's how it goes with any figure of authority. No matter how old you are you never escape being treated like a child in some respect, or having someone that has more power than you. It's not like they abuse their powers, they are very lenient in my opinion and I like it the way things are. So what it really comes down too is things won't change, so tough shit really.

LIP's in a different situation here, but the people who are hating on mods are usually the people hating on police too. They are people too. Sometimes a mod or police officer may use their power a bit too much, but hey, who wouldn't...and it's not very often that one would anyway. You can't hate a mod for enforcing rules, and you can't hate an officer for enforcing laws [yeah...I guess it's just something in their Job description] (and for the time being, in most places, that includes smoking marijuana..whether you like it or not..even though 90% they'll leave you be anyway).

I've gotten one infraction for mail talk, which was deserved...but I've gotten away with a hell of a lot of other shit...so nothing but love for the mods from this guy.

I never had any problems with LIP; I was lucky enough to end up on the SAME side of most arguments as he did, and I thought he had some interesting and funny things to add.
HOWEVER it's easy to get sick of seeing good threads get polluted by fallout from threads on which he was being such a troll that the thread was locked.

Look, I want to post my personal opinion but because most of the people on here know LIP or have seen him around for a long time they seem to want to defend him, just like if you saw an acquaintance in the street getting bullied you might be obliged to interfere on their behalf; but I really view this thread as lame, just an attempt to get pity attention and create some hostility towards BobBong.

Now don't take this personally BB but you aren't exactly my favorite mod, you've acted like an asshole on several occasions to me personally so I can see why some people dislike you, you're more of an iron fist mod, whereas i see the moderator role should be a turn the other cheek benevolent peace keeper.

But LIP, if you poke the bear there is a chance you will get mauled and given the bear is bigger, stronger and a little mean, your best bet is to keep your distance. Right now it seems like you're trying to throw rocks at it from up a tree or something which doesn't seem like the smartest thing to do either.

As BobBong would say, if you can't hang with the big dawgs stay out of the game.....or forums.

What Skink said.We had a bit of a flaming match go on and I was able to drop it and go on with my life.I took a demerit (or whatever they call it)from mr bobbong myself and didnt get all hissy and leave in a tiff.

As for this particular banning in question, it was totally validated. By taking the reputation system so seriously here, you simply HAD to send out a message to PigSnout by posting on a thread over a month old and simply beating a dead horse.. or.. well, Pig. The fact that you just freak out when you get banned shows that you take this site far to seriously. Reputation is for fun...whether it's good OR bad reputation given. If someone sends a nasty message through the rep system either shrug it off or contact a mod.
You contacted a mod but you posted some kinda retort and hateful post on a thread that was a month old, I gave you an infraction and the infraction system in turn automatically banned you.

Either way, it's sad to see you like this.. perhaps things are not as they appear in Lip Land. You probably need to back away from here for a while as it's obvious you think I have some sort of vendetta against you.
I remember a time when you greeted everyone in the intro forum and managed to shrug a lot of dumb crap off.
