ques; on veggin first timer

first time indoor dont know nothin about veggin tryin to jump straight into 12/12 right away cuss space is about 4 foot tall and 3 1/2 but sound proof so wanna use got 8 CFL 26 watts in box now 4 at top 4 on each side 2 computer fans on batts 1 in mid 1 at bottom and some bag seeds only wanna do 2 nice indica's

the seeds have been opn for three days
and dont seem to be growin anymore im i doin sumthin wrong

Use the paper towel method every time and never have any problems.
1. Wet paper towel 2. Put in cd case 3. put in seeds, close
4. put case somewhere warm. 5. Wait till they germ and plant root down seed up.

You really need to take 2 seconds and push the Windows Button and then the letter "r" Then proceed to type in winword and enter and spell check what you write its hard to comprehend sometimes!

So you have seeds that have tap roots? that aren't growing anymore is that what you're saying? If so put them in the dirt already!
