I'm a big guy at 6'4, and last summer I weighed in at 281.5lbs. Ouch! Now I'm down to 225lbs, but I want to get to 200 by this summer.

And fruit does kick ass! My fridge is now filled with cantaloupe, oranges, apples, pineapple and bananas. No more shit food, and salad too of course. Veggies and dip is good shit too. :thumbsup:

i found that bud kind of...jumpstarted the political/spiritual enhancement, but it kicks in after breaks from frequent use. the musical blocks im slowly getting over, and im sure the other two will come around eventaully.

Because I only take weed because it helps with my anxiety and deppression I get slightly confused why some people have to take weed, and other drugs for just kicks alone.
