The ideal doesn't exist. That would be great farmland, where nobody lives and growing it is legal. I didn't mean to give you a snide answer, but that would be the ideal. I'll bet Argentina is one hell of a lot better place to grow than my fucked up country. The problem with general explanations to outdoor growing is everywhere is different. If you would explain the envirement you intend to grow in, I may be able to help you.
