Question about drying moist weed in microwave...

Hi everyone :)

I got desperate for a buzz and got a bag that is a bit...substandard, shall we say. I mean, it's not the worst but it's not that good either.

It's dark in color, has a good deal of seeds and stems, and feels somewhat moist. I would prefer it to be a bit more dry. For one thing, I am worried about it growing mold or something. Also, I can work with it better if it is more dry if that makes sense.

Wondering if I can improve the texture by zapping it in the microwave for a few seconds or would that ruin it?

if not wrap it in tissue and leave it near a vent/fan/anything but a microwave

spread it out on a table on some newspaper.

If it is still moist because it is freshly picked, it could take 2-3 days on a newspaper before it drys. If it is fresh, don't try to smoke it. Wait until dry.

put it on top of your monitor (old style kind not the slim ones) or electronic equipment like amplifier. This will apply a gentle heat. Another good place is on top of the fridge.

just let it sit out, near something warm. hairdryer could blow around too much, and ive just heard bad things about microwaves

i think there is no harm in drying your weed in the microwave. it will even become stronger, because of decarboxylation. try with a small amount and see if you like.

I don't think the microwave would hurt it, because I've heard of people using microwaves to make firecrackers, but they only do it for a few seconds, so idk your choice, your weed
