Alright here is my situation. My company is being bought out by a much larger (global) firm. They are giving everyone drugtests. I feel it is a way of getting rid of people easily and bringing their own people in. Anyway, I found this out at the end of January. The drug test won't be until the second week of March. I should be on day 37 of sobriety by the earliest possible drug testing date. I am 6' 215 lbs. I have been a serious stoner for sometime now. I have smoked daily for the last 6 years. No shwag only the heady shit. In my weeks of detox I have:
~drank a shit load of water, cranberry juice, and gatorade
~excercised 2-3 times a week
~been hitting up the sauna almost everyday
~taken a bunch of niacin
~have tried to stay away from fatty foods, but have endulged on several occasions

All this being said does anyone have an idea if I should be alright and pass the test? I don't want to try and dilute it because I don't want to raise any flags. Nor do I want to use Chong's wizzanator. The drug test is being performed in our office not at a lab so I don't know if i will be watched or not. This job means the world to me and I cannot afford to lose it. I have heard it can take up to 12 weeks to clean out your system. I am thinking that even if i still have some level of THC metabolites in my system they will be very low and not cause a positive test. Anyone have any thoughts??

You should be ok, however i do reccomend u buy ur own drug testing kit off ebay there very cheap and test ur self in future for peace of mind. Just keep drinking water and doin the stuff u've been doin you should be fine. You also have PLENTY of time, PLUS u been sober for 37 days (which must suck lol)

I test my self regualry for fun really and i detoxed after 6 days from drinkin lots of water, sauna, excersice and cranberry juice. 6 days later i tested negative so you should 100% be fine brotha.

i agree with robert.. 37 days is already a lot, and if its in the second week of march your system should be clean... but keep on doin the stuff your doin just to be sure, but im pretty sure your gonna be good...

Well I failed a take home drug test..... Anyone have any ideas??? I have a week left but at this point i don't know if a week will help any?

Failed after 37 days? That is incredible. Usually 30 is about all you need. However, 45 days is a lot different than 37 days, so the extra week will help. I'd buy some Quick Fix just to be safe and test yourself the day before the test. If its negative then use your own piss but if its positive you should probably substitute.

You are actually doing almost as much as you can. basically you need to breakdown your fat molecules where the canabanoids are stored, exercise is the best way, i personally think you should have maxed out on the exercise and done it 5 times a week if you are serious about this test ( it would be difficult but necessary). Your metabolism needs to be as high as possible which can be done exercising, take a look at some intense fat loss products (legal ones of course) maybe at a local health store. Drink green tea, it has a similar effect to cranberry juice in breaking down fat. If you have one week left get on your exercise bike and push yourself. The only prob is that if you were a heavy smoker for 6 years if you got urself to about 10% body fat the remaining fat may still contain canabanoids...but u got nothing to loose really.

another tip would be by posting on an athletes website or body building website to see how they get their systems clean (steroid free mainly) before competitions

well first off, 37 seven days away from the test date is pretty much home free in my book because thats a very long time to detox, actually at that point you really wouldn't have to do anything and you could pass. but if you choose to detox then just drink a lot of fluids cranberry juice,water, the works. and on top of it take a creatine supplement every day to keep the creatine levels in your urine up(thats what they test for in the urine tests to see if its been diluted)thats my two cents

Papa, I wouldn't sweat it. I think 2 weeks is enough time, especially doing what you're doing. Stay with what you're doing and use the dilution method to be safe. Let us know how it goes.

and if you read the forums, youd know that exercising hardly works enough to be noticeable.

your best bet is to
1) NOT SMOKE till AFTER you are POSITIVE you passed.
2) Dont waste time drinking a lot of water.
3) Exercise, I guess, if that makes you feel better about it.


your best chance is substitution. I would reccomend a whizinator (I love mine), but since you seem to not be open to that...I dono what to tell you. If youve been smoking every day for 6 years, it may take some time, but I believe 37 days or whatever should be plenty.

Are you going to pee right infront of your boss? Probably not, find someone a couple of people who you can trust that are clean and havent smoked, and just to be safe test a small sample, if they pass put their piss in a ziploc bag and put that into another ziploc bag.

go to the bathroom pee in the cup to make the noise pour it out in the sink and then put in your buddy's piss wash your hands pour the rest of the piss in the sink, maybe want to bring a 3rd baggy to put the 2 dirty ones in and just put that in your drawers or something...

my best suggestion if you still test positive the day before the test

U can't wash your hands during the test, nor turn on the sink, if it even works. Read the sticky for substitution methods.

My drug test was this morning. I drank XXtra Clean (designed for high toxin levels and people with large body mass). Let's hope it works.

Sometimes it takes more than 60 days to detox ..... get some Quick fix or any of the other synthetic piss ..... just do a search here or on Google and you will find tons of place that sell it and will get it to you quick.

I have use synthetic piss to pass a drug test for a security clearance ...... save youself the trouble of detox and use the fake piss .... it's foolproof. I get tested a lot and the synthetic piss has never failed.

We have no idea if you are a lard ass, just speculating on failing after 37 days clean. So don't take it personally.

Your case is highly unusual, even if you do smoke a lot. What is your body fat %?

For the people saying only lard asses fail after 30 days, that is not always the case. It is true that if you are overweight it will take longer in most cases to get clean but I know of plenty of skinny to average weight people who smoked so much for so long it took them 55-65 days to get clean.

FYI:
Aerobic exercise does help your body clear THC but you should stop 3-5 days before the test because those extra metabolites you burn up will end up in the cup. Drinking tons of water days before the test doesn't do anything. Drinking lots of fluids on the day of the test is the dilution method. Saunas and niacin are myths too.

Man gotta say for a serious job that you want to keep, just shell out the money for a whizzinator that looks like a dildo I think its like 130$ but you can get it to match your color tone and get dehydrated urine w/ it. Why chance it otherwise 130 invested in the whizzinator could save you thousands in lost wages if you get fired for popping. Thats what I think at least.

i smoekd every day for a long time and then stopped 14 days before my drug test and passed. no dilluting or anything

I was just talking to a friend and he told me a dealer he knew who smoked blunts of 'dro' a day failed his drug test after 90s days of quitting. I think if you're smoking a lot of high potency shit it probably takes a lot longer.
