Never get caught after buying a bag the easy way!!!

If you're like me you always have weed on you 24/7 and that means if you get pulled over you're fucked so here is a good way to minimize the risk of getting caught, I did this today after picking up a fat sack that STUNK.

oh and my tags are expired so i have a lot of routine traffic stops.

after you pick up a bag, if you're worried about getting pulled over, like on a busy weekend at 2am gettin a bag with every other car being a cop.

all u gotta do is go thru the drive thru at any fast food joint and get some fries and a burger and of course some soda for the inevitable cotton mouth. then pop your bag into the fast food bag and viola, risk free transporting.

i cant tell you how many times this has happened to me and saved my ass. one time it was 3 am and i was drunk and high and just got done blazing before i left and i got pulled over, the cop didn't smell shit because i just got wendys or something. so all i got was a warning for going 15mph over the posted speed. CHA CHING!

All you have to do is say this if they start asking too many questions "Officer, I know you are just doing your job but I would like to exercise my right to remain silent and I do not consent to a search." Also do things like roll up all your windows except the driver window and have it cracked about 6" so they can't pull the "in plain view" thing and also odors won't escape as much.

SWIM (i'll only use SWIM in this one post) used to drive a couple pounds of stuff at a time for a friend and I got questioned a couple times at road blocks checking for drunk drivers and such. If they start asking questions at a road block, say that you are in a hurry to get to your friends house and say "Officer, am I being detained or am I free to go?" Be polite and make sure those roaches are out of sight!

You sure you've seen how searches work? When they search, they search everything, including fast food bags. Cops know that hiding place and have seen it plenty of times. The only reason a cop might miss that would be if he himself were dumb or inattentive to standard search procedure.

That's why it's good advice to minimize car transport of weed as much as possible, like Skink said, and to make sure your car's up to code and you're obeying every traffic law perfectly so you don't get stopped in the first place. If a cop stops you and decides you look like the hundreds of weed-carrying stoner kids he's seen and arrested before, he'll use all his wily ways to do a search. You have to be very up on your game, both to avoid getting stopped and to avoid unwittingly consenting to a search.

i just avoid the whole search thing to begin with, cant tell you how many times ive been pulled over and stoned, not searched once, all u have to do it politly tell the officer to get to the point, never say your in a hurry or a rush. Tell them your on your way wheere ever your going, if they ask about anything else other then why they pulled u over dont ask if you being detained they will ask u why u would think that, just keep to the point of the stop and if he gets off topic ask him if there is a problem, he has to say yes or no, and continue with the stop, if he asks to search... dont say i have the right to say no so i will, ask him if there is a problem if there isnt then he wont continue to ask to search, he has no reason to, and its harrasment if he does, there are more ways to get out of bullshit then stating your rights, like telling him your rights with out even saying my rights, "may i search your car" "is there a problem officer" "no these is no probelm just a routine stop for speeding" " ok officer i am expected at a friends house, not to rush you, but i have somewhere to be" done!

I was present when some friends dumped an entire bag into a king-size bag of Doritos cause we got lit up... cops searched the bag or doritos, found all the bits of weed, and the driver went to jail.

Only times i got in trouble was with people who drive crap cars who get pulled over for fix it tickets when we're hot boxing the car.

I agree that its good to have food in the car (only because if a dog alerts the cop may think its because of the food). But by all means don't leave your bud in the food. Best idea is to put your bag somewhere airtight (I like to use nalgene bottles with screw tops) so as little smell escapes as possible. Then maybe have some food in the car also, and if you have a cat have that little fucker with you. The nalgene will definitely hide the smell from the cop. And the cat and the food could confuse the dog enough so the cop can't tell what he's alerting over.

It is NEVER in your best interest to consent to a search. Exercise your damn rights. It is even better to avoid this situation by doing the following:

*Blend in - Don't put stupid shit on your car like a spoiler on a Honda or big rims on your old Buick. You look like a jackass and you are asking to get pulled over. Drive a boring sedan and stay below the radar.

*Drive like a sane person - No speeding or other traffic violations. Keep your tags current. Replace burnt out headlights, taillights, etc... People get busted for stupid shit like this all the time.

*Appearance - Do you look like a doper? Take a shower, come your hair, don't dress like a thug. If you've been smoking, wash your hands and face and change your clothes. Trust me - you smell like weed and they will try to use this as probable cause. (And they will likely succeed.)

*Keep your stash at home. If you must travel with it, read my comments above. If you get pulled over, it is NEVER in your best interest to consent to a search.

Now say the following to yourself several times until you can remember it. I do not consent to a search. I do not consent to a search. I do not consent to a search... This is your right as an American. Use it dammit!

I was thinking the same thing... The fast food trick is just old. I've seen cops around here pour out the soda can, cut open the soda can, and then throw it down, thinking they are clever. Little do they know, if I'm high and driving, I've brought just enough to swallow, not too much. As I scratch my nose, and my car is coming to a stop on the shoulder, It's going down my throat.

Carrying large amounts? Always strap it under the car, if possible keep it out of the cab AT ALL COSTS.

If you have a truck, even better, under the bed lining. If the shit is properly stored, OUSTIDE OF THE CAB, smile and say, "Sure Officer, you can search, but I'm in a hurry to get home. Your not going to find anything." :S5:

Keep the weed and parifinalia at your *OWN* home.

Obey the traffic laws.

Stay off the roads between the hours of 10PM and 6AM(unless your job requires it) otherwise the only other cars that will be on the road are Leos looking for folks that don't belong there.

i gotta share my weed in the hamburger bag story now. :jointsmile: in my younger daze when i lived in southern cal, i always had bud and was usually smoking it, but, to be honest, you would have to be doing about 160 and firing rounds out of your vehicle to ever get pulled over out there and even if you did you were looking at a $100 ticket for an ounce or less if you pissed off the cop or something. Most of the time they would just send you on your way with a really stern "you f'in stoner" look on their face. That was punishment eneough.

But then I moved to southern Oklahoma, and its a bit different around hyere. They have this thing here called "Speed Limits" where they can actually pull you over for going over the suggested speed limits here. its crazy, i know. :D but seriously, i never drive under the influence here and never drive with weed or any thing weed related here. They don't ask your permission to search your car here, they ask you politely to get out of the vehicle, cuff you and put you in the squad car, as they search your vehicle if they find any thing suspicious for probable cause, you know like being Californian or something. :jointsmile:

But that said when I had first moved here, before I wised up, I was driving with a small stash and must have went a mile or two over the limit when I see the blue and red lights coming up quick on me. So I look around and see this hamburger bag in floor, I throw my stash in and throw in back on the floor. To make a long story short, one of the first things the officer asked me was "what's in the bag?". I said ohh, that? its just trash, I really hate to litter. He just goes uhh huuu. About that time this good old country song came on the radio that I had only turned down but not off about some old girl with ruby red lips or something :rasta: and we both kinda smiled and then I received the greatest blessing one can get. a cool cop! He just said okay, drive safely. He knew but he let me go. I count that night as my one get out of jail free card that i will ever get. but now i take the very xlent advice of Mississippi Steve. Never drive under the influence!! get a haircut, obey all traffic regulations and never travel with weed!!!!!

but i did have a friend who told me one time, if he absolutely had to travel with weed, he would tape it up with electrical tape into a ball and toss it as far he could into the weeds, as stealthly as possible, at the first sight of leo. its not worth getting caught with it, but stilll the best advice if you live somewhere like here is never drive with it in the first place.

Here's a tip that might work, depending on how good you know the area, and how good you are at acting...

I work at a hospital, and many of the cops around town are very familiar with this particular hospital; many of them actually work security detail for it. Needless to say, if/when I am pulled over going to work (I work 11p-7a weekend nights... Sobriety checkpoints like mad!) the officer walks up to my window, sees my scrubs, and then just lets me go. Nothing else. My car is also COVERED in bumper stickers... I know...

If I am transporting anything, I am wearing my scrubs. If I am pulled over and not in the area of the hospital I work for, I tell LEO that I am currently driving for an orientation shift at _________ hospital, with a smile on my face. Usually they engage in some chit chat about health care, or someone they know works there, and then let me go. Cops take care of nurses, teachers, and government employees... Don't attempt this if you're unfamiliar with health care fields, otherwise it could end poorly. Kind of a less-practiced method, but if you can pull it off, go for it!

Right on. Hard drugs are bullshit. These dealers know what they're getting into. My friend used to be a hard drug dealer, the shit he'd do to rip off his customers was unfathomable; they don't care about their customers, just as long as they get the money. Shit, they're terrible businessmen, but it doesn't matter, 'cause drugs sell themselves, so they don't have to do much... Most weed dealers I know are actually decent people.
