Transplanting one plant tomorrow

Hey guys
I'm transplanting one or two of my plants tomorrow, is there anything I should look out for, and can anyone give me the steps on how to do a perfect transplant this is my first transplant and I don't want to fuck it up.

Any advice would be appreciated.

just checked the FAQs and I think i'm gonna use the non stress method, but does anyone have a better method that is easier?
