I'm gonna go with sit on your hands for this one maybe a week or so at least, it looks like those buds still have some time to mature and fatten up. Keep postin some up to date pics and I bet someone w/ more experience will set you in the right direction. Looks damn good though.

I really don't know what strain it is. It was really good bag smoke with a few seeds. I think the trick was the lights and the special magic dirt.

mmmm yeh those buds have potential to grow a bit more, dont look at the trichomes look at the pistils which are the long hairs that cover ur buds. Dont pick to early wait till those hairs are prety much all an orange/brown colour. If your leaves start falling off or turning yellow then its definitly time. Such a shame whem plants are harvested to early, no need to rush patience is the key. hope that shits a good smoke!

thanks for the replies every one. this is my first grow. there's alot of myths and rumors about when to pull your plants. i figured i would throw the question out there to leave the myth behind and go by the science.
one more question, do i need to quit using bloom builder at any specific time during flowering?
I am under the impression i should only water toward the end of flowering.
yeah Alwaystrippen thanks for reply. i am a very patient person, i can wait a few more weeks. the funny thing is i read bobbongs grow log and tried a few of his tricks and this is what i came up with. a very rewarding experiment.
till later PUFF PUFF PASS.

No offense, but bad advice. Trichomes are a much better indicator than pistils. Pistils, depending on the strain, can die prematurely, or die due to stress, be naturally orange/brown, etc.
Trichomes are easy, you've got clear, cloudy and amber. ;)
If all else fails, just take a test bud, dry it and smoke it up. That will tell you how close you are to where you want to be. :)
Nice looking plants. Good growing.

Defintaley some nice looking plants for a first time grow. And kp is right go and invest in one of those microscopes, they are pretty much needed to know when it's the best time to harvest.
