Disabled reputation

Bummer man...why do I have a disabled reputation? Does anyone know? I haven't logged in here in about 2 weeks...maybe that's why??? :(

Go to user CP........edit option.......that's where you can turn it back on.

Is there a certain minimum of posts before being able to give rep takes effect?

As it stands now, I can see the scales in the upper right portion of my posts, but can't see them on anybody elses. That doesn't seem quite right. :p

Yes, I have gone to my UserCP and I do not have the option to turn rep on or off. :shrug:

It happened to me too, I didnt even know what was the black spot, I didnt touch anything
