usually for a urine test, there does need to be some kind of urine sample supplied. if you use synthetic urine, you need none of your own urine to add, the synthetic only. Quick Fix is a fave (urineluck.com). now if you have no substitution, then yes, you need to pee in the cup.....

How long will it stay at optimal temperature prior to use, assuming I keep it in my tighty whities after it's warmed up?

I can't tell you honestly but it won't be long it seems.

I passed one this morning (visual) and once I heated the clean urine and put it in the Wizzinator, it registered 106+. I let it sit in my floor for 20 minutes while eating and it dropped to 98. It eventually dropped to 96 and I put my hot hands on it and it went to 98 and stayed constant for 30 minutes.

So, if you are worried about temp then you have to hit it b/w 96-98 degrees or it's going to automatically fail you. There is no reason for it to be anywhere else.

To be safe, grab a thermometer, and a hot hands.
