yes.....probably, if you were frictionless as well then yes you would......but if you were in the same spot then you would also be outside the earths atmosphere because you would remain in the same spot.....remember...the earth orbits the sun....

if you were able to remain motionless in relation to the universe you would end up billions of miles from earth within minutes. it's not just the earth that moves; but the solar system, the galaxy etc. etc. i haven't the faintest idea where you might actually end up, but it's definetly not a good way to get to china. better to hop a jet for your next vacation.

you wouldnt be at the other side of the world because of air pressure. think about why you dont fly twoards the back of an airplane or car if you stand up. When you jump in the air outside, you dont shoot backwards, the earth is moving thousands of miles per hour, but the air around you is moving at that same speed.
