this plant is about hrrm 1.5 month in veg, grown from seed, just cannot seem to get it to grow i raised the light (HPS400w) from 18inches to 23 inches with no luck, just wondering if it might be the strain and if anyone else has come across this, i want to use it as mother plant for clones but looks more like a cabbage so basicly usless for cloning.
BTW. its in ebb and flow hydro system with its other sisters , they are all the same short and so much foalage.
Any suggestions ?

its a dwarf phenotype, dont clone from it, bud it, the nuggets will be so dense on that little beast :)
if you do bud it, be sure to keep us updated :) i wanna see that little blighter grow... good luck...

You can try to force stretch by raising your lights.
That IS a really crazy looking plant!

Yes i was thinking about budding it myself, i will wait till rest of my nitrogen mix is up (about 6 more days) then move to flowering room, these little plants have such a strong smell of leaf ,becasue i smoke so much i have really bad sence of smell and usually cannot smell it.But these little bushes just stink. I think it will flower up nice, will throw some pics up through out its budding cycle

Its from a pretty much one big mystery bag of seeds, what i do if i buy smoke and it is good i throw all the seeds in one bag over time get a lot. i know 90% of them are good so doesnt worry me and saves a hell a lot on buying seeds, if my new set up works how i hope will never have to buy again :D. Anyways but i would say its indica or indica cross. it is actually starting to stretch a little now, not by much ill post a pic ,ill throw a pic of the outdoor ones too its in middle of budding now sorry about the photo quality camera is a bit shitty.. those big out door ones i been having a real problem keeping the PH down its way too alkalined.you prolly can tell the yellowing of leaves at base.

yea that is really cool :) if you want it to streach a little you can put in some incandescant lights. those give off red spectrum light and make the plant grow stems instead of foliage and the plant will start streaching out ( i think  )

hmm yea i have been thinking about buying some incandescant lights for mothers and clones then moving to HPS for flowering,i have never used them always used MH or HPS but i have been doing some research on the fluros and seem to be a lot more cost effective, whats the grow rate like under incandescant is it much slower ? like i see a few grow set ups in here and they seem to have like 5 or 6 of them. i dont know if any of you have seen the documentry called I Grow Chronic - Complete Step By Step Hydroponic Setup - Grow Kindbud In Your Basement - 1999 but the guy in that seems to have decent growth from them, if i can cut my electricity bill in half and get almost as good grow rates id be very happy

Why not clone from it then and keep a little SOG with little monsters going?

i have 6 of those little bushy ones, and 2 outdoor around 7ft tall so not fussed about cloning just yet going to flower 5 of the bushy ones and keep 1 as a mother if it is really good stuff then i will let the mother stay alive and make some clones later on.

is there any way you could take pics further away? with it not being focused on the plant itself, it's very difficult to see.
