Ok so my best friend has this cousin that is a year younger than us. He moved from florida to missouri where we live. Newayz....he always claims that he's some big stoner and he thinks he knows everything. And well i tend to think that i know quite a bit because of these boards. Thank you cannabis.com Well newayz....my cousin says that when he smokes out of a pipe, he doesn't break up the weed!? wtf is up with that. He just sticks a nug in the bowl and smokes it, seeds, stems, and all. He claims it burns slower. What a fucking idiot. And then at lunch the other day, i was sitting by him talking and i was like yea, my gf is going to buy me a new glass pipe tomorrow. And he's like, man glass is the worst to get, cuz it breaks really easy. You should go with metal. lol.....grr i hate fucking idiotic stoners. Glass is all natural, easy to clean, smooth hits, trippy to look at with all the designs and colors, i mean everything about glass is better than metal i think. But yeah...i just wanted to vent a little bit, damn he's a fucking idiot

If i'm toking in my car I just drop a nug in so i don't get crumbs all over and yes, it does burn slower, but you also don't get great hits. As for glass pipes, I totally agree with you, if you get quality glass it won't break easily, I have dropped one of my pipes so many times and all that has ever happened is 1 little chip that is hardly noticeable. as for your friends cousin, perhaps he just likes burning his lips on metal pipes, i personally hate that.

although glass tastes way better, a small metal pipe is good if you know youre gonna get really baked and probably drop it. ive thrown *relatively small* nugs whole in bowls before, but no way in hell would i do that if there was seeds in there. its easier to cherry when it isnt broken up, which is convenient when ur outside and its windy.

Anyways he dosnt seem that much of an idiot to me.. Glass may be hard to break but it is breakable, and just because he prefers metal pipes and loads his bowl differently does not make him an idiot.

Im more into spliff's but i have found puttin a whole nug does make it burn "slower" but it also ussually tends to be that i cant draw in as much smoke at once.. as i said some people DO load they're bowls like that. Just cuz he does things differently to you dosnt mean hes an idiot

Then who gives a fuck??? i mean seriously, im getting high, and im paying a hell of a lot less then almost all of you. And who wants to be smoking a fat ass stem in their bowl??? not me! And who wants some harsh hitting metal bowl, when you could have a clean smooth glass bowl. Thats common sense, and im usually really careful, and i've never broken anything peice that is glass. My brother has a glass pipe, that was around $80....and he's dropped it several times and nothing has happened to it. Oh well..i just thought it was weird to stick a nug in a bowl and smoke it. Maybe its just me tho

Dude, you need to relax... It's OK. If everyone smoked the same way, than it would just be the way. What fun would that be? Look at it this way. You are way better (in your small brain) than he is. That should make you feel good! If it doesn't, then maybe you should try smoking some GOOD weed and you wouldn't be so worried about this that you go and whine on the computer...

His way is different, and chances are it doesnt work as well, but that just means that you have to teach him. I think it sounds like he's trying too hard because he moved to a new place and he might be a little scared about fitting in with you and your friends. Be nice to him and show him how you do things, but when you're smoking his weed do things his way. Its all about respect

yes it is weird to smoke stem and seeds.. but alot of us dont consider it idiotic to stick a whole nug in a bowl because my weed dosnt have stems or seeds :thumbsup:

and its probaly so cheap because you have SO many stems and SO many seeds that the seeds and stems alone make up like an 1/8th Lolz.. now that would be some shitty weed

Different strokes for different folks. I wouldn't get on his ass just because he drops the whole nug and smokes it in a metal pipe. Now if he were to get into my stash, take a nice nug, drop it into a metal pipe and burn it, then we'd be having problems. What he does with his own weed is his business. i mean, i really don;t like picking and packing cuz like i dont get alot of weed so i dont like to buy a gram, take out all the impurities and wind up with like .8 of a gram. so i usually just put a small nug in. when i roll a joint, that is a different story.
