Not posting any names or asking for any but should I order from a seedbank in the usa? I just hate customs but I also would hate getting set up. I found a couple places here but want to get some feedback before ordering.

The only one I can say for sure is fantastic- that I have had experience with domestically- is Rushman.
If you can get your paws on his stuff its all good.
Other distributors.... no exp... can't say.

Order from England, do not have seeds sent to your place of business, if you know what I mean. There is no THC in seeds, the chemical required for a drug conviction. The worst case scenario is that you don't get your seeds because customs impounded them and you get a letter informing you of such. Seed Boutique or Dr Chronic are both great with incredible selections. Any seed dealer out of the US has to be shady and has to have a huge mark up to make the risk worthwhile.

That's not true.
Rushman IS legit and has a very good rep, and his strains are nice.
But in general, the British seed banks are very very very safe to order from in my experience so why bother risking a domestic dealer who you don't know?

I'll stand by everything I said except one thing. I don't know a damn thing about any US seed dealers and to call them shady was wrong and I stand corrected. What I should have said was I don't know how in the hell they stay in business . I still reccomend English sites for seed purchases simply because they don't have to duck and hide.

I don't know how in the hell they stay in business ..
By being veeeeeewy veeeewy quiet.
And very smart.
I have the highest possible respect for our domestic breeders, who take great risks for the love of the plant... if you think seed breeders make the big bucks, you're sadly mistaken.
I think that to expect to make a living breeding and selling your own stuff in this country is nuts. It's only a very few higly respected and trusted folks who can really pull it off, and they have LOTS of years behind them.
For the rest of us hobby-level breeders, as they say,
Don't quit your day job!

Jason King who wrote the three Cannabible books definately prefers North American marijuana over European. There is is some incredible pot grown over here, and the best of the best is in the form of elite clones. I'm just trying to good advice to the noobies so they don't get ripped off.

no offense brother but I as a "noob" to growin/genetics (but not smoking.) would personally listen to ppl like stinkyattic who I have read other GOOD INFORMATIVE posts from then the simple narrowmindedness I found from your post about shady distributers in the U.S.

oh and I read forums, Have emailed prospective companies I plan to buy from, and also have set up a remote location for delivery. If I get ripped off its because I didn't read the right line in a website T.O.S. or Disclaimer ;)

No offense taken, I'm new here, stinkyattic has been around and has proven to you he knows what he's talking about. It is a poor choice of words to call US distributors of seeds shady and I have admitted to that. I still wouldn't reccomend buying from a business that has to hide to exist when I could buy from one that is right out in the open and has been for years. Thats just my opinion and sometimes I'm wrong.
