mothers/cloning tent? does it exist?

i have a basement that im using for 12/12 flowering right now but i have a nice size area i wanted to put a 4x4 tray in for mothers and clones.. obv the lighting schedules are going to need to be totally seperate meaning i need something totally light proof.. is there any type of like cheap tent liner that is light proof that i can just hang or make some type of room? or do i have to just build it out of plywood.. my only issue was that if i build it out of plywood its going to be a bitch to vent it and lightproof it.. tell me hwat you guys think..

there's a tent that they sell through national garden wholesale that I am going to try to copy for a flower room if I ever grow again.

plywood isnt that hard to vent and light proof, just use PVC pipe, and buy yourself a couple elbows...
