I like the stories where God kills the firstborns. I find that's a good way to wake up on a Sunday.

EB is real all right; so are leprechauns, fairies, gnomes, dragons, elves and a host of other mythical creatures. on thursdays i play bridge with odin, zeus and this jackal headed fool whose name escapes me at the moment. the earth really is supported on the back of an enormous turtle and the moon is made of green cheese.

I sorta went to church today, but I missed the first 15 minutes, and the last 15 I stepped outside for a smoke and listened to the radio. Does that count for attendance, or do I need to stay for the entire sermon to be counted?
Church ain't so bad, tho. It can be nice sometimes if you attend a good one. I didn't pray this morning, but I'll give your regards geonagual when I do, lol
I'll be attending bible study on wed, as usual...but I'm not a Christian. I just believe in God, and like the stories.

i went to a church once.....
i burned their bible and the priest punched me....so i kicked him in his balls and when he was on the ground i hit him with the still flaming bible
i must have been about 11 the last time i went.

to be honest... these message boards are my church currently... it is the place i come to grow and be challanged intellectually and spiritually... the thing i love most about my church is the diversity of beliefs and perspectives. i find you grow the most and define what you believe best, by talking to people who believe differently.

the cross is the place that you cross over, to the side of understanding.

DUde i'm not even that religous but you are a fucking dicksucking cunt if you actually did that. Why would you burn a bible in the first place? Its people like you that make me fear for the future of the human race!

Now that's something to think about!!
Metaphorical, right?? Where you lose one outlook, or part of self and then gain another? A sort of cross over?
Intersesting.

I missed my bible study class wed. but I'll be going to church this sunday. His love calls to all and once embraced provides grace in the inward places. But my real church is life, bro. Living-Learning-Loving
I go formal just because I love hearing our preacher/s speak, lol! :D
