ello m8.. erm i duno bout exactly what temp would fry your babys.. i mean just use yir commen sense... as long as your seeedlings do not feel hot when you place your hand above them your good to go.. what type of light are you using? i norm use 400hps for seedlings at about 18inches away for the first week or so then i lower the light as they get older stronger and can handle it.. but i think im going to use my 250hps next grow for the whole of veg.. less stress for my babys and then use 400 for flower.. if your that worried if u have or can get hold of any cfls for the start of your grow u can have the light like 1 2 inches away from the babys and no worrys bout frying them..

A seed is covered by the soil,it can withstand temps 100 +... I would not recommend that,though.85-90,with high humidity when they sprout.Make something to sprout in.Use your imagination I'm sure you can think of something you can use. What are you using as a grow light,a cutting torch? Kidding!
