I have noticed that alot of the people I know do not know why I smoke, I tell them it helps me, and they just try to tell me that I have problems and that I need help. These are the people that get drunk on a regular basis, and then tell me that marry jane is bad for me. I have ADD, and weed helps me concentrate and calms me down. Since I started smoking on a regular basis, by grades in school have improved, and i have generally been a happier person. Weed also helps me fall asleep faster. Does anybody else find benifits from smoking other than just getting baked?

yeah its a relaxant, pain-reliever, aids with nausea, the list goes on and on. those people are just closeminded about it because they think they know "facts" made by the government, when in actuality they know shit all about it and rather poison themselves with alcohol.

So many people are helped by weed. Weed helps me in so many ways, it replaces the onslaught of meds I am suppossed to take.

Personally, It doesn't help me concentrate. Recently though ...and I've been smoking a long, long time... I've found that it's completely done a 180 to my motivation. Even last year, I would get blazed, and not want to do anything for the next few hours. Now, I actually want to clean things when I'm high, I want to exercise, I want to eat healthy. I feel happy when stoned, even when burnt... I can't really put words to it, but for some reason I get excited about life, and just want to do well for myself.

My life's never been in such a near perfect order.

thats how adderal makes me feel, like things need to get done. on the contrary, it didnt help my motivation at all, coke highs are no good for me anymore, <3 the green

Ugh coke highs... The reason I stay away from the shit. Even more than the Get-The-Fuck-Away-From-Me come down.

Weed always inspires me to clean, but if I'm too tired to workout I can't sometimes. I gotta get angry to work out, and I'm too happy when I'm high :stoned:

I have reaped the benefits of marijuana in the form of insight and the arts. I have written many fiction stories and papers for classes that have gone into contests since I started smoking. I have also gained much more control over my thoughts and have organized my life better than it had ever been before.

Marijuana has had its times with me. But now that I don't hide it all, everything is better than it was before.

I can fall asleep like a normal person now whenever I want, and not lay there for over an hour barely able to keep my eyes shut. I have goals now in my life, no more living for the next day, I know what kind of income I want to have, what kind of house I want to live in, and already have my realistic dream car. I used to just think about making more and more money and all I would day dream about is being a millionaire, but if I could just reach my goals with a fair amount of money in the bank to play with I would be a very happy man. I must say though this thread is kind of biased because there are plenty of negatives of cannabis (mostly due to its illegality).

true, that ^^. And to answer a question, no, I don't grow. I would but it's way to risky. Posesion (SP?) is one thing, intent to sell and conspiracy to sell are a whole different animal.
