Well I decided to finally smoke out of a real piece and bought a really small glass pipe the size of my palm. I really have no places to smoke besides my car.

I'm really good stoned driver and was wondering how many people carry glass pipes with them in there cars?

Ot doesn't matter how good of driver you are man, i wouldnt carry a piece around in my car. You can get pulled over for anything(break lights, cracked windsheild, tags ect.), and if they suspect anything at all, then they're going to search you. My advise would be to keep the pipe off the road, and start rolling J's if you smoke in yout car alot. I've know people who have got a possesion just for a pipe, and the only basis for the searh was the he had a prior offense. But of course cops are different in different places. I dont like rolling with anything on me at all. Its better to be careful than sorry.

I try and not carry pipes in my car, just in case I get pulled over. I usually always smoke joints when I am driving. Smoke it down to nothing and crutch the rest of it. Wallah, no weed in the car and I am baked.

Coming from smalltown, USA, i've taken more sobriety tests than a judge.

You might think that what you need to do is keep your eye on the pen.
What the officer is watching for is the twitch of your eyes, or the movement of your head. He says "watch the pen tip" and he will move it from side to side and move it out of your range purposefully to watch you react.

Lean against your car. Cross your arms. Never admit to using a substance.

Once I took 3 sobriety tests from 3 different TEXAS TROOPERS. They couldn't pinch me for DUI/DWI as long as I passed the test. They let me go with a seatbelt ticket. As the trooper was filling out my ticket, he asked:
"what is your height?"
I said "6'10".
He said "don't you mean 5'10"?"
I said "yes, thats what I said."
He asked, for the 100th time, "have you been drinking?"
For the 100th time, I said "no"

If they want you to blow, never blow unless you are sure you're under the limit. If you have had a 12 pack, refuse to blow and suck it up and spend the day in jail. If you are high, just act disinterested. High people are "panicked" which is what they teach troopers/law.

I keep my days supply of weed in my glove box.. and roll joints as i go. I've never crashed, touch wood, and i've never been pulled over. If i was pulled over, they wouldnt search. and if they wanted to they'd have to go get a warrant from the courts.

Once i get a car i'm thinking of making a sort of hiding spot and keep a pipe in there at all times.

Really stupid idea to have anything in your car unless you absolutely have to. Even if it is only a small chance of your car being searched, it is still a risk not worth taking.

Also, Paraphernalia is usually considered a much worse "crime" than just having weed on you. For instance, if I get pulled over and searched and they find even 25 grams of weed, I am walking away with a $100 fine and thats it. If they find even the smallest bowl/pipe I am looking at a $1,000 fine and up to a year in jail.
