root problem

i didnt make the soil wet enough when i went to switch it into a bigger pot and half the roots got ripped off and now the stem went soft and cant hold up the leafs is there anyway this plant will live its only in its first week of growth.

That sucks man but hey u learned from a mistake as all of us here have learned from our own mistakes..best way to learn.
