yes females are bigger, dont know about smell, u cant change the sex of a plant, males dont have pistols they have pollen sacs just like a nutsack

Well yes and no... a cutting cannot entirely change sex, but it can be forced to grow opposite sex organs; that is, to hermie, under certain types of stress.
