US Gallon are not the same thing than CAN gallon so... does US grams are the same than CAN gram?

Exactly. :)

Grams are a unti of measurement and that will never change, so if you're asking are there the same amount of grams in an ounce in Canada compared to the US, yes, they are both the same. :)
