Im not to sure what your asking here...are you asking when do you change your lights to 12/12 or are you asking when will you see signs of sex or flowers after switching to 12/12?

ideally you should wait to flower your female plants until they show sex (ie pistils or balls). but it really doesn't matter when...you can flower them when they're 4" tall, or when they're 4' tall. it all depends on how much space you have, because they often grow taller when you flower them.
