It was a snow day in Missouri so I decided to get ripped. My friends came over and while my friend was rolling a blunt my other fried Dan and myself were taking hits from my steamroller, Made out of paintball hopper:thumbsup: . So after the blunt and a Dominoes 555 deal pizza, they leave and my dad gets home. I forgot I had already planned to work out with him. We go to 24 hour fitness, and when we got there I turned the treadmill on 4.0 mph but kept my feet off it. It was fast I held onto the side rails and then put my feet on the tread mill. My feet were just dragging behind me as I was holding on for dear life I finally hit the stop button and got up. Then just got off and lifted weights.

Hah. Stoned running sucks. I find myself short of breath while stoned (never sober) after sprinting up the stairs in my house.

ARE YOU HEATHER MILLS???!???
4.0 is nothing, but of course I am a running machine, so my view may be a bit biased.
