Spring training is just around the corner, what does everyone expect from the 2007 season??? Being from Wisconsin, I am a devoted Brewers fan. I probably sound like any homer rooting for their home team but i honestly feel the Crew could win the NL Central or at least a wild card this year...if the rotation can stay healthy they should be a top 5 pitching staff in the league. Lack of offense is an issue but if they can provide a decent run support, I can see the crew winning 85+ games this season...The make or break variable (as it has been for the last few seasons) for the team is staying healthy.

Thoughts...comments...BANTER...lol

I'm from Michigan so i root for the Tigers. I think they will be better than last year especially with sheffield. I watched the game on monday against the yankees. Even though it was a spring training game it was a shame to lose the game in bottom of 9th with 2out. That pitcher won't make the bullpin.
I also wanna see if matsuzaka for the red sox pans out...lol

hahah The Pirates are the team around here (im 30 minutes from Pittsburgh) but the chances of them winning are slim to none. Mainly b/c of the fact theres no salary cap *sigh* I guess ill hope that the red sox win, go Boston!

Even though Baseball is a little more 'boring' than other sports...sometimes I find it kind of nice to chill and watch some of a game, brew in hand. It's a relaxing sport to watch...good for a sunny day...again, brew in hand.

Anyway, my Red Sox have made quite the moves this offspring, and I would like to see another WS this year, just for the excitement and adrenaline factors. So, hopefully...they bring it home..

Papelbon's second year, Daisuke on the mound, Papi & Manny NEVER fail to produce, a healthy Schilling, some good hitters and hopefully great defense once again...will be fun to watch.

Also, I just saw on ESPN that there could be a trade for Ichiro? I don't see this happening, but wouldn't he make the perfect lead off hitter...getting on base half the time to be driven home by the big bats at 3 & 4...I would like it a lot...
