I'm starting a solo black metal band, and I have two options.
A. Use my shitty fucking piece of shit drumset I had since 5th grade, and overdub with my guitar
or
B. Use Beatcraft or Rhythmrascal and create a drumtrack, which I can't really do because I don't get how to make a good beat.

Using something like Beatcraft isn't that great anyway. You could tell the difference between real drums and one using a beat machine.
No matter if your equipment sucks, if you are a good drummer, it'll show even tho your equipment is a piece of shit. My brother uses Tama drums that were from '87 and he loves those motherfuckers, just get some new heads.
And why go solo? There's a lot of people that want to play black metal. Plus the bond you have with bandmates last forever.

Trust me, NO one I know plays an instrument or likes black metal in the first place. And I'm already busy in two other bands and I wanted to do something different.

Hey I can understand that. One of my friends did a solo project where he played all his instruments on different tracks, and edited them to make it perfect. Quite an ambitious project, but he definitely got the style he wanted.
Right now, I'm learning the bass, and eventually want to do a project with my brother, a Lightning Bolt-like style project, just bass with 3 bass strings and one guitar string and drums. I have a way to go first just learning the thing.

If you're serious about the project, you're going to have to find musicians for live performance any way. Put ads up, start going to metal shows and meet new people...
If you're not that serious about it, than go ahead and use a drum machine/sampler of some sort. It'll probably turn out better than you could do yourself, no offense meant.

Needs bass. Keep working out your chops. I'm not a Death Metal fan really, but to me, most Death Metal sounds high influenced by classical music, in harmony and arrangement atleast. You may want to start studying deeper into what makes DM sound like it does. I think you missed the target this time, but just keep it up!

its black metal, and its like older, more traditionally styled. I was thinking about creating a bass track and synching it too. I have another song in the works, I'm just working on finding some new drum arrangements.

i am the drummer =( I dont have trouble finding bandmates, I just WANTED to do a solo project because I can't get anything done with people. The reason the drums are so bad is because I've had that drumset for about 5 years now, and haven't replaced anything but the snare head and double pedal, which is now ruined.

I was just playing with you!
Seriously, I thought it was pretty good at the time for something you whipped up pretty quick. Just keep on!
