Hello,

My friend wants to move out to California to be a teacher. The problem is he smokes pot for his depression so he wanted me to ask on here if there are any medical using teachers or if anyone knows if teachers in Cali get drug tested. I know in Texas and Arkansas they don't.

in the Torrance unified district in southern Cali they don't test.

my mom works for the district, and a family friend of ours also works in the district. i remember him saying "thank god they don't drug test, otherwise i'd be out of a job!"

a friend works for SDCS, san diego city schools and they are drug test free.

lol I went to school in California no wonder I had so many good teachers they were all baked.

I am also a substitute teacher in Orange County. I smoked with one of my former teachers after work the other day, it was a bit strange to say the least. :stoned:

And I hope they never do, the best teachers I ever had probably toked up. Of course as a student they would never admit to that, but come on, when your teacher shows video of a pot plant he just happened to find while walking in a field....yea right lol
