Control yourself, what's your problem?

Glue your mouth shut.
It's called self control. Exercise that, and ignore that man insode your head telling you to eat. Just jab a q-tip in your ear to poke your brain.

smoke after meals, i find i have far less of an urge to munch after i smoke if i smoke after a meal...
if i go into being stoned, hungry, i'm going to spend pretty much the whole high being hungry, even when food is making me sick cuz i'm so full, i just want more and more..

Eat beforehand. Or just continue smoking.

I have this problem too, when I start smoking after a long time, I gain 10 lbs, and then it is HELL to lose it again.
And it's so fucking shameful to even see yourself doing it, but you almost can't control it. You just want to give in and enjoy yourself so much.

why would you wanna stop? food is just so good to eat. :)
i have eaten before smoking and it hasn't physically stopped me from eating more afterwards, the only reason i dont eat after smoking is knowing that ive just eatn a full meal and i'll get fat eating two full meals in a row.
but you can try it.

Hell, go to a grocery store and get a HUGE loaf of french bread like I do sometimes, me and some friends will share it, takes fuckin forever to eat, and although it's kinda bad on carbs, it's lots of fiber for you and it's not pure fat and grease.

i can't stand greasy/oily food when i'm high...
Its all about the two double cheeseburgers and a large coke from McDonalds, $3.56. Lovely. But just smoke after meals or, the hard way, use self control.

Cigarettes, Coffee and Dexedrine.. Actually, no don't...
Just try and apply some kind of will power and you'll find the munchies will go away in time.

before you smoke eat a loaf of bread and drink 3 glasses of water... The bread should swell up nice and you shouldn't be hungry for a while...

Hows about everytime you want to eat something stoned, you punch yourself in the balls...or if you're out with your mates, ask them kindly to roshambo you.
Alternative 2 would involve refraining from the excessive consumption of food! If you can't stop yourself from eating, then at least eat healthier foods...or maybe grab some foods that take a while to eat so you are getting the awesome taste, but it's not filling you up (not that you'd feel full if you ate meals after smoking!).
Hmmm...Seeeeeems Effective

I had to look up roshambo...
1. roshambo
a game; to kick each other in the balls over an object, last one standing wins.

And Santabot, unless that's whole wheat French bread, there is very little in the way of fiber! White flour has the bran (fiber) removed as well as most of the "B" vitamins and vitamin "E" removed. The manufacturers replace PART of the removed "B" vitamins and call it "enriched"! That's like me robbing you of a dollar and then giving you 25 cents and saying I have "enriched" you!
Kids, American diets suck! Example-There is a tribe in the south Pacific where the kids NEVER get acne! (I've seen the photos) Their diet is based on yams, high in vitamin "A". Vitamin "A" fights infections. Zits are an infection. (Too much vitamin "A" in pill form can be bad for you, try to get it from natural sources, ie food- no problem that way). Foods high in vitamin "A" are yellow or deep green.
And about those salads- iceberg lettuce is lousy when it comes to nutrition. Try some Romaine, Red Leafed or other non-iceberg lettuce. Add tomatoes, shredded carrots, etc to the mix. Make your own dressings with yogurt- Mix it with a little milk, then add herbs (parsley, fresh ground pepper, Italian or taco mix), blue cheese or parmasian cheese. Tastes great and is better for you! - Granny:hippy:

Cook rather than buy munchies.
After putting effort into the food you make, I'm sure you wouldn't gobble it all up. Plus it's quite fun to do so.

I agree. Say goodbye to dorritos. Eat more fiber with your meals and you'll stay fuller longer.

If you can't control when you eat how do you expect to control anything, especially your intake of Weed or any other drug. I'm exaggerating I know.

Control yourself, what's your problem?
Sometimes that's not easy. I have had some weed that made me eat uncontrollably because food tasted even better than when I'm on other weed lol. So I just kept eating the good stuff :).

One of the reasons for the insane munchies is that weed can cause a drop in blood sugars combine this with taste enhacement an you will clean out the fridge, I suggest eating a light snack with a decent carb count before you toke up. At least 15 minutes b4 u light up to counter act this drop in blood sugar. LOL I'M a diabetic an rarely get the raving blue munchies And I do eat b4 I toke up

Keep a big glass of water nearby.
Just drink it instead of eating.
Or how about a munchie food that takes forever to deal with, like pistachios with the shells on?
Or maybe grapes, because who cares if you gorge yourself on grapes?

Eat a big meal first, THEN smoke. Have a huge salad that fills you up.
Then... get some self-control. Have a huge thing of water and drink it. I like Smart Water. It tastes good and is very hydrating.
You may also wish to choose low-calorie foods like popcorn (but read the label, or pop it on the stove) or fruit.
A little self-discipline will help; habits are formed slowly and through persistence. After forcing yourself to do this for awhile, it will become habit and you won't have to worry so much about it.
It takes about 3-4 weeks to form a habit.

munchies is actually just dehydration. ever wonder why your mouth gets really dry? its because of dehydration. so when i get the munchies i find that drinking a lot of fluids actually doesnt make me as hungry.
but most of the time i love eating cause it makes the meals so much damn better.

Self control.
Anybody see the 900 pound woman on tv the other day? She recently died, no wonder though. Theres a video where she is eating a 1000 calorie snack before bed. 2 peanut butter cups and a twinkie washed down with a diet coke. She said it's her nightly ritual to calm her down before bed.

Smoke before you eat DINNER!!!
That's what I usually do. Only one problem with that. If you go to college and eat dorm food... it never tastes good not high again.
I heard you can grow out of the munchies? Not grow out but doesn't hit you so much if you have been smoking for a long time. Anybody heard of this?

damn, maybe it would have helped her live to not calm down before bed, but instead let all the anxiety keep her awake tossing and turning and burning calories. Whatever, I'm just trying to make my nausea go away after hearing this, but at least I didn't have to see it on tv.
