I guess i drink wine now

So i've been getting into wine lately. I saw a episode of nova that outlined the benifits of drinking red wine (Lowers blood pressure, helps digestion, lowers fat content etc.) so i figured i'd give it a try. not only are there some amazingly good tasting wines, but I'll tell ya, Its a buzz like no other. so relaxing, totally different that liqure and beer. a bottle of merlot and a good smoke is great.

anybody else here into wine?

I hate red wine. I like white wine though, I used to love going to the world market and picking out random bottles. I hate box wine too.

i hate wine period... ick... it must be an aquired taste, i've drank quite a few diffrent kinds, both cheap and good shit (you know that shit that's 100-200 a bottle and shit?) just not my thing i guess..

Personally i don't drink wine that often, only wine when we're eating supper, not to get a buzz or anything.. I pack a bowl after lol

I don't know about wine but I was drinkin some liquor on my cousins b-day party and it's just not good enough for me. It has everything missing that I love about being intoxicated by weed. The only thing I liked was that it made me even easier than weed to talk to everyone even people I didn't know lol.

Ha ha! That's so true though.

You should check out the movie Liquid Courage. It's a motocross team who goes across Canada and the States, but it's filled with partying and crazy antics. It's not a movie movie, but like a home video kind of show. It's a good show.

I've never cared much for wine. I've tried it before but I just don't like the taste at all. My mom is a HUGE wine drinker though. She can down a bottle in like an hour. Not bad for a 50 year old. :p

it tastes great, and its a great buzz. beer turns me into a happy/talkative drunk, whiskey turns me into a mean fuckin drunk. wine makes me want to put my dick into something, and it gives me a vicous hangover. so i try to stay away from it.

I personally have been into the Rosemount Estates Shiraz/Grenache blend lately. Very tasty.
And last night I threw a fondue party and 4 of us managed to really put a hurtin' on a 4L bottle of paisano red, lol!!!
For those of you who don't like wine, try sangria! MMMMMM refreshing! Ima go make one now!

that thing for red wine is for 1 glass a day 2 if you are bigger fyi if it is more there are no benefits. that is what i learned at a seminar for underage drinking anyway so it could easily be a lie. my dad is a wino. really he goes through over a bottle a day many days over two. his trick is to have like a lot of bottles open at once so he doesnt actually throw that many away each day. but id say he drinks 6-12 glasses a day averaging around 8. hes a drunk

i myself hate the stuff and have only been drunk on it once and didnt notice any of the subtleties about it you are mentioning(ie the totally different buzz). but then again that is really the only time i have ever had more than a sip, because every time i have a sip, be it really really good wine or the shit from the box, i think it tastes like shit.

but seriouslyl enjoy. my mom and sister like wine and arent addicted to it so its all good.:hippy: :giveflower:

whats wrong with wanting to put my dick into something ? well wine impairs my judgement sometimes :rolleyes:....i'd rather wake up alone with a beer hangover. than wake up with a wine hangover and some smut muffin i'll regret doing the nasty with.
