Yeah, we all know we can come up with some crazy shit when we're stoned, and this is the thread for sharing those crazy ideas! Here's my fucked up stoned thought for the day:

What if time is a circle instead of a line? The Earth we stand on appears flat from our narrow perspective, even though we know very well that it is round. Maybe time is the same way; maybe it is not a line but actually a circle that repeats itself over and over again. There would be no beginning and no end to time. But then how to explain the Big Bang? Well, maybe we (or some other intelligent life form) end up creating the Big Bang by learning more and more about how it happened, and then recreating it ourselves. Already scientists are saying it would be theoretically possible to create universes in the laboratory. Maybe the spatial dimension of time has to be circular, and it needs some way of getting around back to the beginning, and that's the reason for our existence, because the universe could not start over from the beginning without evolving some kind of intelligence to do it. Probably not, but it's an interesting thought nonetheless.

one time back in the day i had a stoned thought

'that pine tree looks awesome'
so i drew it..and it came out good...by the time i was done..i was sober

another odd one when i was like tripping on weed..was that purgatory is existance and depending on how you purge your sins in your mortal form will decide your fate when your life clock stops...came from me and my two friends looking around at a pile of junky busted up cars in i slate pit behind a car dealership

I thought of a way of police to attain and arrest any and all stoners...

They would disguise a truck that sells munchie food and drive around, sort of like an ice cream truck.

And it would be like Marry Poppins, you'd get there and they'd throw you in the back of the van and lock you up and take you away!

Jeez how horrible...

When you really empty your mind, you can do wonders.

I lined up 7 empty varied size plastic bottles on my car and put the trashcan on the other side where I couldn't see it. I smoked a bowl and meditated (just emptied my mind--mindfulness) a little bit and gave it a try. I visualized the bottle falling inside the trashcan right before I threw it, and upon throwing it just free'd my mind from any thoughts.

I made 6 out of 7 into the trashcan, it was amazing.

if you were flying in an airplane and convinced everyone there that a chunk of metal could not possibly float in the sky, would the plane come crashing down or would you have to convince the plane as well?

If I die and end up going to heaven, what the hell am I going to do up there? I mean I know it's suppost to be whatever you love or something like that but come on what would I really want. A mountain of herb, and a lake full of bottled Jack and packets of cheetos. Or, is it going to be me surounded by people that I love, I mean I love them but I still don't want to see them every waking moment. What if heaven was just another life we lived but under someone elses rule. I would have to get a job, and I don't think I can be a dealer up there. . . lol

well... it would work if you convinced too the flight controllers in the land, all the people seeing the plane, hearing it or percieving it in any way. but i think it would be somewhat hard to do... ;)

and for stoned thoughts... today i was wondering about the birds. the wind was strong, and theyre flying against it, with all the control of wings, knowing when beat or when just plane on the air... i become marveled at the perfect flying machines they are, with inteligence of its own to seek food, rest places, flee from enemies, resuming: keep it own existence by itself... which machine could do it? Take care of itself by itself, regenerate itself when hurt, reproduce itself, and so on...

yes... i must agree... the life is a miracle indeed.

yay,... heres wat im thinking,... wat if theres a movie on how the worlds goin to end im goin to direct it,... really and the story will be like theres this very big explosion happend to earth then no living things survived and the leading actor will be bruce willis and hes the character whos goin to figure out how the explosion happnd for like billion years ago,....the plot of the story is figuring how the planet earth exploded billion years ago and this is story about the future,... its gonna be like year 20070000000000,all things are high tech and even the human genes that remained to that explosion still exist on the form of cells getting restocked by the aliens and any other life forms,..and after all that alteration of DNA's the exact DNA of a homo sapien aka human being was born again,...they lived on the moon which is already modified by the aliens and during alteration of the human cell it has been breeded with anothr kinf of dna strand that can make you breath even theres no oxygen,..so they lived on there as like the way we live since before the explosion,...And bruce willis being a cop on the future that shit is gonna be fucking cool.,,, then he has this super gadgets that can make u fly, getting invisible and shit and those futuristic kinda gadgets,..he is the one who assigned to invistigate the case on how the world ended, and whos responsible for it,..then he went back to the same coordinate as the planet earth was orbiting b4 and then he find this weird clues and other kind of mindfucks that he cant even figure out wat is the meaning of it,..then it took him 4 years to solve it , he went thru all kind of troubles and all kind of scary shit to make it,.. then the ending it was just bruce willis, just a normal individual who lives a simple life in the year 2007, dreaming about the future then he woke up and he said 'Holyshit!! Ohhh its just dream...' the he started his day on lighting up a joint,... The End

random thoughts and ramblings of a psychonaut.

Islands rise from the ocean, so no matter what we do to destroy the planet (short of literally blowing it up into hundreds of thousands of little pieces) new lands will eventually form and new life will start to flourish in whatever harsh conditions we leave the earth in and grow used to it and another species will have its time of dominance on this planet.

Also why is space depicted typically ass black, with all the stars i think it would be unbearably bright and nighttime occurs only on the side of the planet in shadow. just a though.

There is a humbling lesson to be taught by death. When it comes do not fear for life, fear only that what you haven't done to this point is what has you facing this grim reality, accept the wings and take flight into oblivion. Another chance awaits your spirit, passed the brilliant sea awaits your mother's eternal comfort, while the masters of illusion build more circuitous roads. I will return in the end.

i had similar thoughts when i was just a child. i remember one time my mother walked into the store and i simply imagined someone killing her while trying to rob the place and it always brought tears to my eyes. now i can't even think of death in such a way without feeling like a deranged lunatic. i look at death more philosophically rather than worrying about what i'd do if someone close to me were to depart to the land of the dead. when it's time for us to face death, we will face it as we were brought into this world, alone. is it time to leave this world or shall i stay a bit longer? as for me, i have yet to love wholeheartedly, so i'll stay for a little while longer...

Runaway Jim

I was sort of thinking about death... I dont really fear death, I mean of course i dont try to die, but when its my time to die, I guess its just my time you know. I have always thought about what could happen after death, Tim leary once said that he looked forward to the moments when his body was dead but his brain was still alive... And theres 6-12 minutes of brain activity afterwards, and with the intense time distortions of dreaming, from DMT, the massive release of DMT at the time of death in a human could be your entire lifetime. It really trips me out thinking that way sometimes...

also i was thinking about fences today. theres a small strip of low-income black folk living outside my neighborhood. the houses are small and old, most are in disrepair. none of them have fences, their properties kind of melt together and i see them outside all of the time conversing with eachother...having barbeques and such. they never bother anyone, i used to go to one of the houses for fish fry fridays. well about two years ago this white family moved in next to them and renovated one of the larger houses that had another family living in it previously. the house was in serious need of repair and the white family did a good job of picking it up. they put up new siding, added a new porch, did some landscaping and re-paved the side walk. then all of the sudden they erected an eight foot tall fence around the perimeter of the house. i was offended cause this family did a great job to increase the property value and the appearance of the neighborhood then all of the sudden they erect a giant fence to hide behind and keep everyone out. thats when i realized that americans have an obsession with marking our propery and possessions. its like we lack unity because of this, we are afraid of getting too close to our neighbors so we put up 'friendly' boundaries tomark our territories. when i studied abroad in spain, i lived with a host family. we lived in suburbia, the houses looked the same but none had fences. we would sit outside on the patio at night and the neighbors would non-chalantly drift over and join us. we could hear their music and birds chirping all the time. nobody objected to us walking through thier lawn to get to another house. doors and windows were left wide open during the day. this really put things into perspective. everyone there had a very small personal space and privacy level but it never seemed to irk anyone. i could brush up against some stranger in the market without feeling uncomfortable, and makign eye contact with strangers was never rude. so all this put things into perspective. i realized that as an american, i box myself into these boundaries that while they make me feel comfortable, they dont allow a certain level of comfort and friendship and neighborly friendship. i was taught in kindergarten the 'personal bubble' which extended the lenght of my arms and nobody was allowed inside of it unless i allowed them. now adays i have extended that bubble to my room, to my car, and to the fences and walls i live within. i walk around looking at the ground as to avoid that fleeting moment of uncomfortable eye contact with a stranger and i beg for forgiveness when i accidentally touch someone i do not know. does anyone else notice this? there must be something i can do....

They just look like a bunch of neucleous' and orbiting elextrons & protons, just like the universe being a stars orbitted by planets.

The universe is madd huge and it could just be an atom to some other beings, and they could be just an atom to someone else. hey they could maybe even be atoms to us also, that would be trippy.

I had a pretty wild one the other day, stoned and inspired by Slaughter House Five by the late Kurt Vonnegut, amazing book. Anyways the thought was that time is a vast plane which spreads infinitely wide, and every human being's life are line segments on the same line. time as human beings know it is that certain line, lets call it x. there are trillions of segments of people's lives on line x, and human beings also see line x as a ray, going from smallest to largest number. This is the illusion of time on man. Time is actually everwide, and there are extradimensional beings who follow different lines or live in an area of time which they can coexist in simultaneously, living in every moment of their "area" at once, or there may be intersections where extradimensionals briefly meet with human beings. Yea, weird. Definately read Slaughter House Five, very good for times of stoneyness.

The other day I was thinking how pretty much everything you post on the internet sticks around somehow. Well what if in a hundred yrs our grt grandchildren are into genealogy and one of the tools they have to find out about their ancestors is digging around on the net finding ancient posts, like this one?

If that does in fact happen and some great grandchild of mine is reading this: to you I say hello! Only believe about half of whatever you find out about me. No nevermind its probably all true. Hope the planet we left you isn't too messed up and y'all are having a grand time.

everyone has different lives. we all have different cultures, routines, and beliefs. its the way the world is. so why should go off on someone for having a different lifestyle than you? its not your life. theres nothing you can do it change it. so why waste the time and effort to say pointless sentences. when someone asks you for your opinion...shouldn't you give it? wouldn't you rather be speaking your mind about the topic rather than just saying nothing. or maybe people say nothing because they know that soon after the pointless sentences will follow. i'm not afraid to tell the people of cannabis.com how i live my life, what my beliefs are, or my personal opinions. i don't understand how something so simple, a single rule in my household, becomes an inappropriate statement to say on cannabis.com. and i don't understand why i should be called 'Adolf' for stating my families beliefs.

Yesterday, when i was blazed, i was drinking some soda, and started to take notice of it. It was a guarana soda (very hard to find outside brasil), and it haves a brownish color. I stared at the bubbles in the walls of the cup, and they resembled small drops of gold (due the color of the soda), or small pearls in a golden sea... it was trippy...
Then I noticed the sound of the tiny bubbles, and as i was very stoned, i led all my attention to concentrate in that sounds... i put the cup near my ear and spent a lot of time just hearing the bubbles collapsing.
Then i become somewhat afraid... the sound of the soda make me feel like if the soda were "alive". Or, not exactly alive, but the continuous and tingly (couldnt find better word) sound resembled me the sound of electrical sparks, as if the soda were very electrically loaded, and sparking, of if the sound were of a radioactive thing (i know radioactivity produces no sound, but w/e... i was stoned)...
I even thought that soda was some devilish creation... why does someone would like to drink a spark-sounding thing? Then i started to imagine that tiny bubbles sparking into my mouth, into my stomach... but then i realized the trippiness of it all and just drank some soda, with bubbles and all... and certainly the bubbles sparked a lot in my stomach, and after a while comes the result of it... a loud BURP! I ROFLed... for a long while... mainly at the absurdity of a nice and deep trail of thought be interrupted by such thing as a burp... :S2:

In one year the people will observe the injustice that cripples the human spirit and society shall accept responsibility for their problems, and rise against the force of mental slavery!

Isn't it crazy how you forget everything you were thinking about the last time you smoked until you smoke again...then it alllll comes back.

But then you just forget it again. I seriously need to keep a pen/paper with me at all times.
