well from all my studies all you can do is just wait for it to get out of your system or dilute your piss

its easy as hell man. i do it once a month. drink as much water as you can for as many days possible befor the test. One the day or the test make sure your piss is clear as fuck, and to diluted to test. What you do now is take a bunch of b vitamins, like 500% or more of your daily value. if you cant find the right ones flintstomes will do. Niacin will help clear you out too as it increases blood flow through subcutanius fat, any makes you piss.
