I loved me some craigslist. Free to post and everythings local. I picked up a weight set practically new from a craigslist poster for $45. I've also seen killer deals on HD tv the last few months on there.

Craigslist is like crack. I can't get enough bargain huntin'. I log in there everyday before I log in here. I've also made some money selling my unwanted stuff. I <3 CL.
And I secretly look forward to Flash Friday.:giggity:

Craigslist locally for me is a bust. There's MAYBE 50 things for sale at once on it. For some reason not a lot of ppl use it here.

I guess it's not the bomb for everything... I have an ad for a house share for 4 weeks now... I keep renewing it to keep it on the front page of the House Share section... I have not got 1 prospect from the ad but each time I renew it I get about 4 to 6 Phishing emails from peeps who live in England,Nigeria,Africa etc... they would like to send a payment in advance,,,LOLz... Some of the Phishers are sending me their 27 year old daughter,,,LOLz... I did get one legit person who asked how the ad was going because she wanted to place the same kind of ad...

No Ads. You're just used to seeing 50 ads on a web page. Back when the net wasn't so full of junk, most sites looked like that. Plus it loads pages fast on dialiup. Most poor people still use dialip and as most of the stuff on craigslist is used, it just makes sense.

I've sold some old paintball and golf gear on CL. I was even desperate enough to answer one of the 420 ads once. Was legit and all, but I was scared as shit not knowing going to meet the person.
