These are about 20 days old and just started training last night, im using pieces of hanger that are cut and bent to U shapes im using a method i found on here that had a detailed guide. They got pretty bushy over night and i can definatly already see the benefits of LST.

Holy Crap that is tight! Now I'm going to drive myself crazy until I find it. I have a sativa dominant plant that is so freaking tall it's trying to kill itself growing into the light. Training it in a spiral like that looks like just the ticket. Thanks:)

They have been fed FF Grow Big every other watering, about a week into flower about to start adding the Tiger Bloom. Also if anyone has any suggestions on how much Tiger Bloom i should add, ive been doin about a teaspoon of the grow big in a gallon of water. Any help or suggestions definatly appreciated, thanks guys!! Oh and the last pic is WW that i through into flower for the hell of it, its about 3 maybe 4 weeks old.

those are looking good.......what i do (also using growbig and tiger bloom) is after my last feeding with growbig i flush, switch to flower, then start the tigerbloom at about 1/4 -1/2 strength per gallon and work my way up.:twocents:

Hi Mo Sweetie.
When my plants started looking like that, it was time to transplant. Also, how's your temperatures?

invision
03-06-2007, 11:50 PM
you should stop flower nutes and continue with veg nutes until week 3, she is going to do some stretching and still needs that high N for it, as for that plant it looks a touch over watered maybe?

dont give nutes until you figure this out first

MOBABN

Mrs.GreenJeans .... they are in 3 gallon pots i hope i dont have to transplant with all the lst ive done :( temps are around 75-78 with lights on, 68-70 with them off.

Invision ... They are still bein fed veg nutes, 1 teaspoon per gallon every other feeding, i dont plan on doing the tiger bloom for another week and a half. As for over watering im pretty sure they arent, i use the weight method and its been almost bone dry before a feeding.

tbh i wudda made em a little more bare :D rip those fan leaves off . , imo the whole idea ov lst is to give every part ov the plant light , every bud should be lit up :D urs seeem a little too bushy .. but this is only my opinion,
i personaly do sumthin like this ...... grrr pic will follow :D

strip em bare upto 5 weeks in i do this :rasta:

Hmmm, close but no cigar. Lily makes me gag. She is a foul little heifer. But her buds are suuper dense. Not big, but dense. When I dry her, she only loses about a quarter of her weight, as opposed to the norm 2/3.

see my friend said the exact same thing, he actually doesnt even like the idea of LST thats why i didnt take his advice. He clips fan leaves whenever they get in the way and are still healthy lookin. I did a test i clipped a few off on one side, and after a few days saw that it didnt look as beefy as the side that had the fan leaves still attatched . I read that somewhere while i was banned this weekend i dont remember what thread it was, sorry. But i am just gonna leave them alone on the WW and on the bagseed ill clip to see what happens. I will update in a few days.
