1ST indoor GROW

hi evryone its me whisky and ur in my grow journal welcome:) after spending hours on this forum for advice on growing i decided that i would share my grow with everyone here. homegrown weed is like no other. it feels better and tastes better when you smoke it. cheap street dealers dont properly take care of plants and usually end up with hermi or seeded buds and quickly dried and not properly cured. its like comparing walking under the rain in a sunny day with standing in the tub under a dim incandescant and water dripping on your head :) not the same thing eh? i take pics with a webcam so dont blame me for the quality i try to make them the best possible
( this story is pure fictional and for exitement purposes only )
.. so lets get started:) today is the thursday meaning the plants are in their 1 week and 4 days of life ( from spouting ). i put seeds in a glass and let them sink and sit there for a few day untill they germinated then i put them in paper towels and let the roots grow for a while later on i planted them in 10 inch wide 11 inch tall pots ( start big grow big :) ) and waited for them to spout there 4 by the way.
my grow space is in my room. i have a couch and i made the area between my couch my desk side which i used as a wall and the corner of a wall to create a little grow space. about 5.2 feet above that is covered with black papers to keep out light from going out and not letting me sleep and light going in during flowering ( if we get there ).
in a few days they spouted and i turned on the lights. at the beginning i had 3 CFL lights orange/amber color all 23 watts emiting 125 watt and 1550 lumens.
i did some research and found out the "cool white/blue" color of CFL lights emits better light spectrums for vegetative stage i went back to the shop and bought 2 "cool white" CFLs 1470 lumens 24 W all of these the twister type ofcourse. along with those i also bought another 2 CFLs 1330 lumens but these are not twister type but long tube type which i set up in between two pots for foliage growth. and thats it for the lights. my current temperature is 80 degrees fahrenheit. i had a fan/heater thingy which had a sucky fan cause it was sideways and didnt blow almost anything so i installed a computer fan in there today its hooked up on a telephone recharge adaptor :D i still use the old one, every now and then i turn it on for small amounts of time to get air circulation in there. my balcony door is always open so theres no air problems.
the seeds i used i have no idea what they are. they were in a bow and got mixed. i had seeds from my old outside growth mixed with some a friend of mine gave we called it Killer Weed and also with some seeds i took out from weed that i bought. i noticed one of the plants was weird and f**ed up it was a weed that looked like marijuana alot haha so i pulled that out and i planted another seed in there which i was germinating just incase.. incase that doesnt come out ill pop in another seed which is germinating at the moment. ( i have lots of seeds ). so out of the 3 that are healthy right now 2 are the same species and have fat leaves and im happy there good indicas, the other one grows slower then its two friends and has a different leaf pattern im guessing that this weed will be long and skinny while the others are bushy. im going to LST all of them anyways so no problem with that.
i water them every 2-3 days with water that i let sit for 2 days with open lid. i will get distilled water in a short time. i add nutes twice a week and im thinking about pissing in the pots :D ( any suggestions? ) my nutes are very low 7/3/5 so i will also add nute sticks made for green leaf plants check:)
nothing else to say really ill keep you guys posted as time flows.. heres some pics for you from start to finish there pics from first days of spouting and today. one of the plants if growing very fast i called it "mom". i look at mom in the morning and then at night and i see the leaves have doubled in size so were going good :) here are those pics i promised.. the last one is that weird plant i though was a mutated weed but i pulled that shit out.

keep the lights about 1-2 inches from the tops, and seperate the plants cause in due time they will get root bound from each other and slowly die

thanks people. blank yea i know its a shame but where i am its impossible to buy seeds and i cant order them cause here they rip open the post and look in evrything break what ever someone was sending you and give it to you after that so its like wWTF? if i go to amsterdam... no no better put it this way.. when i go to amsterdam :jointsmile: ill sure try out alot of weed and get the best seeds from there. untill then ill just have to grow with these.
i watered them today and gave them very little nutes about 1/4.. on sunday i will plant in those nute sticks here are some photos of today

Oh that sucks man, where you live that they so strict? anyways its better to practise on normal seeds, then when u go to amsterdamn and try all those kickass strains you can bring the best back and grow them proply :jointsmile:

today i went to the shop and bought this PH meter. it measures PH, moist, and light.. i just use the first two functions though. the PH of all pots is between 7-6.5 so good. i also bought distilled water so ill be using this from now on. here are pics from today. oh btw when i woke up this morning i was greated by my new baby plant which i put in its own pot and now the saga is complete.. i called it bob. lol..,
the two sister plants are catching up with mom.
today my plants are 2 weeks of age.

on my 3 big plants ive noticed a small disorder. its about the spiky leaves which grow after the round germination leaves. not other leaves but just these ones look a bit droopy. like bending. could this be underwatering / overwatering? i tried to take the best shot of it to show u guys. its not like the plant looking up to the light its a different thing its only these leaves curling to random sides. underwatering maybe? or could it be heat? my heat at the moment is 29C / 89F. its like this because the long tube side lights give off alot of heat, in a few days i will raise the other lights and they will not contribute to the heat the side lights give so the heat will drop from what it is right now. ok enough talk :) suggestions?

try to lower that temp to 78-80F and blow a gentle wind on the plant with a small fan it will help to lower the heat the plant is getting and also strengthen the stem for future heavy buds ;)

its probably getting a full sun tan there hehe :/

hmm i have a computer fan in there blowing wind on two plants not on that one that shows droopyness .. but anyhow in about 4 days ill have to raise all lights so itll be cooler down there. today i took some cool photos with my new camera.. damn these plants are green. for kicks i also rubbed my finger on one and smelled.. damn she smells good. its like fresh cut pine with maple syrup and mint super good smell. while i was rubing i accidentaly poked my nail through a leaf and made a little hole.. it wont do anyhting will it? (answer this) today i measured them and i saw the moist meter saying moist so i guess i wont water them. ill do that tomorow and ill also add those sticks i was talking about hopefully. here are some pics.
those first two are of the thing i said before and then a photo of baby bob, and of my onion plant. if you dont have one i suggest you just throw and onion in a pot and let it grow it smells so nice and the scent fills the whole room.

LOL! Hey Whisky! Nice pics. I'm a new grower too, so you may want to ask around, but I wouldn't use those plant nute sticks if I were you. I used one in one of my plants before I started posting here, and that damn thing burnt my plant pretty bad, and it hasn't been the same since, even though I flushed it and repotted it. Your plants look good now, nice and green and happy.:)

An onion plant eh? I'll have to give that a shot. It's pretty!

i spent all time from previous post till now reading stuff on forums.. those sticks i bought im gna give them back i can give them back before 15 days passes and they give me back the money so ill do that this weekend and while im there i will buy some lighting equipment so i can put a light directly on top of little bob. mom who has holes poked in her leaves is doing perfectly fine the holes punched through some veins so a part of that leaf dried out but its no problem shes doing perfectly well. the plant next to her of the same breed is cathing up to her. the other one which is the plant im pissed always about :) ( u just cant help it always one plant is an ass plant ) is growing slowly and pissng me off. ill try to post some new pics soon but i guess noone really is drooling for my pics anyways so.. ill just wait until the weekend then post pics and we can see how much theyve grown this week :)

when u guys write stuff here even when its just passing and saying hi it makes my heart all warm so thanks guys and keep it up:) i almost forgot. i bought some hydrogen peroxide today. is that what u put in the water and water with so roots get more oxygen? how much should i put per gallon / liter ? also im not 100% sure its correct its this little glass bottle i bought from the pharmacy for a dollar. here stuff is cheap :) anyhow it doesnt say anything just sais contains 30% hydrogen peroxide and the name of the bottle is PERHIDROL. is this good to give and how much should i give anyone who has ideas go ahead :)

ive been looking everywere and noone seems to correctly sit down and write something theres only like one marijuana guide which everyone plagirises off and its bullshit. how could i lower PH? ( make more acidic ). its about 7.2 now lol im not nuting them today i watered them and started nuting 1/4. what could i put along with the water to make it more acidic? i use distilled 6.68 PH water. that meter is starting to slide towards 8 so im getting worried. no signs of anything bad on the plants yet how can i solve this? dont say bonemeal cuz i dont even know what that is and they dont have it here anything that is normal and can be bought anywere? like adding vinegar to the water of some salt or whatever. help would be appreciated

If you have a store near you that carries supplies for hot tubs (spas) or swimming pools you should be able to get a bottle of pH Down.

I saw PH down to a 7 at walmart in their fish aquarium supplies I dont know if it'd be any different than something for a Spa, but it was like a couple dollars.

where i live everything is commercial and they dont sell anything that people dont buy usually. theres several petshops ill try to check those for aquarium ph downs. there safe to use with plants?

i was at the shop again today after alot of searching i found ph down for aquariums but i didnt have enough money to buy it, it was like 8 american dollars. i was going to borrow it but then people were looking at me :P i bought another light that is.. 23W -> 135W 6500k 1485 lumens and mounted that light on top of baby bob. now i have a total of 10.000 lumens shining on those 4 plants i think this is enough. i just watered them with full nutes exept for baby bob he is still sipping distilled water :). i try not to look at them when i go out in the morning and when i come back i look at them and notice growth with every day that passes, its beautiful. the hole mom had on her leaf didnt affect anything at all.. its like a flee in an elephants butt, that leaf is perfectly fine just has a hole in it. mom and her sister plant are getting very big and developing nice side shoots. the ass plant actually pleased me because it has shown alot of progress also. ive decided to postpone LSTing for next week due to plants being very bushy but not tall enough, dont worry i wont wait too much ill know the perfect time when it comes and that shall come with patience. now enough reading where are those pics i promised ? alright guys i just took pics about 10 mins ago after watering them here they are hope it was worth the wait i sure think so.

this plants are beggining to look really bushy and not growing upward.. indica in its beautifullest form. hopefully if i get females they will look like one solid bud from top to bottom of plant lol hah!:jointsmile:

oh btw i was looking at flowering nutes today the most P one i could find was 30 P but its little balls that look like rabbit food the guy told me you could melt them in the water and then water the plants is this ok? also i wanted to use guano how should i use it? should i buy guano and flowering nutes and use them together?

i bought that ph dropper today and gave plants water with 2 ml ph dropper total, the water i gave was 5.5 but the soil is still around 7.2 i read it takes several waterings to drop so ill just wait and see

Hey, just looking through your log... That PH is high. The large commercial growers give their plants "a day of rest" where they use straight water to FLUSH the container once a week instead of water with nutes.

Or, you can one time flush with PHed water and no nutes to remove some of the junk left in the soil... Some use like 5 gallons to flush, then let rest for a couple days, then start nutes again.

I dont grow in soil, but I have some experience:)

great help thanks for that i shall flush if ph doesnt lower by saturday. by the way anyone can answer my other question? im thinking of letting a week pass then the next weekend i will a bottle of guano and spray the plants then flower them a week after that, my question is does anyone know how to use guano along with flower nutes, i will just spray that one time then im thinking of giving it along with the watering just like nutes, or should i give it only once then and another time before harvesting? or should i go ahead and use it with the nutes? i know its early but im thinking ahead:)

thanks for the coments guys im kind of depressed right now ive been angry the entire day long. they kicked me out of class so i came home and saw that there was burns on one leaf so i flushed all plants with 5.5 ph water and LSTed them. they were looking great untill i noticed about 2 hours ago (its night here now ) that the burns are actually from the sulfuric acid of the ph neutralizer (im guessing its this) so i got so pissed and flushed the ass plant which is the one that had purple leaves wtF? they werent there yesterday they came out 8 hours after flushing .. theres also some purple stems.. people of these forums havent helped me much and ever answer my questions i see that over 700 people have read my journal and still theres only like 2 people trying to help out. i may seem like a stupid dick from the outside but im no pothead i like to grow ganja and take care of plants im not growing it so i can smoke it right away. bleh why bother talking ill get strait to the problems.. purpleing stems purpleing leaves on the ass plant the new leaves coming out have some purple on the tips and spreading... when i took them out i took some photos of them and i saw that the X plant and the mom plant have shit that look like balls and the ass plant is clean doesnt have that. they could be premature flowers forming not balls maybe im wrong? also mom plant and x plant have serious long roots poking out from the bottom ass plant has a little too what should i do about this? i just didnt touch them just left them there theyve been under 24-7 i wonder how roots grew so much and the pots arent small and no dont say transplant cause im not. here are photos of problems

these small problems wont affect the whole plant im sure ill be able to grow them ive seen worse cases. im not using ph dropper again who ever told me to use it didnt even bother to come back and say how much should i put or what.. maybe i write too much and ask too many questions and people dont even read my logs and if they do they get bored half way through it and just say blah stupid kid writes too much lemme just look at those weed pics. if there is people that do this they can get a life stupid potheads that just pop arond weed forums to pretend like they know sht and post crap.. if uve noticed me on other threads i try to help people out on their grows with what i know so far im not trying to be a dumfuk or anything.. well enough talk try to tell me what problems these could be? ive looked at the greenman site and sites that show problems with photos and what to do to them but i want to hear first hand information from experienced people. i was wondering if purpleing was a deficiency but having flushed the soil i wont water them until saturday and when i do that ill add some nutes in there and wait and see what happens..

oh btw those first pics are my current "grow place" i switched around some plants to distrbute light to all of them that little bob is doing fine hes growing his first set of multiple leaves and will be like its sis/bros in about 2 weeks when ill put them all to flower and if he doesnt catch up i was thinking of empyting a cabinet and making it a second grow place.

now to the good stuff:) this is for growing onion. what you do is you take a normal onion and you look at the bottom itll have some white roots growing out just get a small pot with soil and bury that onion roots down half way into it. water it when its dry dont add nutes and soon itll have a little green plant coming out of the top and just watch it grow itll open grow out pink/purple/blue flowers and smell really good. i dont know how much light it should get i have it infront of the window but you could but it next to ur weed plants under the light and itll cover up smells for sure.

ive been sighting many flies in my grow area.. im like a ninja when i see one i hunt it down so fas i have 3 kills with a book and 5 with my hands :D some leaves have little holes in them ive inspected the plant and ive come to the conclusion that the holes are not round but line shaped meaning its random cuts from when i move plants around and not a problem. i love to watch them grow if im not successful this time ill start over im not gna cry about it or give up. in this first grow ive learned many things and my next will be better.. im talking like as if there were a funeral.. hell no these plants are gna nice ladies which i will get to flower and smoke:rastasmoke:

looks pretty good so far,

the purple probably isnt anything to get exited about, its either genetic, or due to cold air, one of my plants went much more purple than the rest because it was sat next to an air cooler, it thats your case you can rotate the plants, bring the ambient temp up a little or just not bother (my solution) lol

the burns look pretty localised so it does look like you splashed somthing on them, a better pic of the whole plant should straighten that little mistery out.

as for the flowers you should post some better pics from neumerous angles without lots of leaves in the way., my novice eye isnt that good lol

no idea about the roots, im not going to comment on somthing i know pretty much nothing about.

they look pretty good overall though :)

haha thanks that relaxed me. purple leaves could be phosforus deficiency ive seen my nutes have 3 of this lol:P im getting guano this weekend so thats not a prob anymore and if it doesnt solve it ill let it be no getting hyped up about it like u said :) the splashing is nothing btw i flushed the plant and took photos of it there and the leave shad some water on them.
theres a little thing i was thinking is posting lots of pics ok? because i post alot of pics and i could post a ton more but i dont want to clog up the forum or what ever.. i think my guide is a good guide so dont ban me or block me or what ever if i get to the point of posting too many :) im going to try and take some more pics and ill post them in a while stay tuned

ok i got them not very clear again but i try my best with a magnifying glass and camera on that close picture option. im thinking and hoping its just preflower spots and nothing to worry about but icould be wrong. plants are 3.5 weeks old and havent had even a minute of darkness.

this weekend ill get a sprayer and guano and ill foliar feed the plants and then a week after that ill get those flowering nutes and a week after that.. ill flower if all is according to plan:thumbsup:

umm hah thats actually the top of the stem just being LSTed itll be good im sure im gna leave it like that for 2 weeks then cut the rope... im bored days are flying away.. you know that thing u take a bunch of small papers and draw the same picture on them but a little different from the previous one and u turns it fast and its like a little cartoon.. life is very boring at the moment im just at that crossroad where u dont know what to do where to go.. :( im gna go in the chat and see how its like if u wanna come over itll be cool

well purpleing is over.. over bacause its all died out and yellow ..but happyly its just one leaf and not much spreading to others i think it might have been an acid spill on that leaf and it didnt dry out and evaporate and it burned the leaf. its over or it looks like its over. there are still purple stems but thats not a big deal ill put in nutes this weekend. ive changed the plan for the foliar spray and crap its not happening noone does it so why bother myself. i will be making a second grow room this weekend for vegging and ill use my current space as a flower place :) im estimating 8 plants fit in the new place. i wont use pots but ill use 2 liter cola bottles and when there flowering ill transplant the females into large pots while throwing out the males this way i get a much more efficient growing. the new setup will cost me about 65 us dollars so im trying to get that and then ill go shop:). im going to buy 5 lights sockets to plug in lights, more sockets, cables, soil.. the soil isnt regular soil its TORF soil.. its like good minerals and animal crap that gives good boost for veg without need of any nute. and ill get that nute box that had 11/30/15 i think it was not sure something like that. btw maybe everyone uses this and im stupid asking but ive asked b4 noone answered, nutes usually come in liquid form these ones are little balls that u melt into the water u give the plants there fine right? im sure they are lol stupid question. so thats about it and ill be doing this in a very small underwear cabinet :P 27 * 32 * 37 inch cabinet lol its small but its just veg so its perfect im throwing 14 seeds into a glass of water ill let them sit there 2 days then ill take out and put in paper towels untill they crack. i wont be doing the building part untill i go buy those cables and stuff saturday so ill tell u about this then. this is going to be like a 2nd grow in my 1st grow but its cool cause ill have plants flowering at the same time vegging more so ill have all year harvest although small but good.

btw i would like to say something about medicinal growers. ive watched some medicinal grow videos on youtube.. its called ganja grower or something like that. if you have medicinal problems you grow 20-40 plants and harvest those and grow another 40 and so on.. people on the videos had like 130 plants perscripted to them and they were growing just that and the guy would ask them and they said yes i have medicinal problems and i really needd... omg bullshit u pothead u sell half of that its so stupid the law doesnt let you grow 2 plants at home for yourself but it lets mentally unstable old bald men grow 130 in their house and he cant smoke all that its like saying gravity doesnt affect me.. i find it very funny to watch im not bitching about it just pointing at it and laughing hah dont you think its funny:) ... as always ive talked too much so ..night^^

Many of the 'viewers' are not even registered and therefore don't post. Many other view, but may not know anything to help you. Others, may know some stuff but can't add anything new. OH, and no one is going to be able to guess your strain. It's just impossible to do.

Well, I'd just say becareful what you say about medicinal growers man. Not everyone is a drug dealer. You might not be able to smoke that much, but I could sure put a big dent into 40 plants. And if you were allowed to have 130 plants, and you had the ambition, time, interest and space, WHY NOT grow up to the limit you are allowed. I'm sure some of them have friends who are medicinal users who they provide for as well.

Becareful about jumping to all these false conclusions, Whisky. I now have to remind myself to really read carefully before I post because the last time I posted, I was very positive and wished you luck with your plants. This time, I have the feeling that you are a bit immature and need to chill out. Be positive and mellow. Make your thread easy for people to read. Maybe put the questions that you really want answered in bold, then you will probably get a little better response.

I'm not trying to be a dick or anything. I'm just tired of people bitching because they haven't gotten their questions answered, especially when those questions have been answered hundreds of times already and it just requires a little research or patience. Not everyone here is registered so they can set their homepage to Whisky's 1st grow log. Be realistic.

i accept i was a bit stupid that day i appologize from evryone. sometimes a brick hits me in the head and i get funny, btw for those medicinal growers im not out to insult them or anything i just found it funny the way the guy said it in the video he was so serious and he had on a tshirt with a weed leaf and it was really funny.

i will hit return more often from now on. :) i completed the inside of the chamber almost i only need to mount up lights, fan and wires i will go buy tomorow.

i actually left the top drawer on so ill be drilling holes into this to mount lights on it. i was even thinking about going to 12 there! then i looked at my plants that are 3.5 weeks and i said am i stupid ? so ill stick to 8 i measured it out and they will have some room in there so itll be ok i hope.

man ive been really stupid and annoying in this forum noonder i hate myself now. i have 16 seeds germinating in a glass i put them next to the plants so they get light heat from the light :)

my room has a pungent smell or marijuana heheh:rasta: and talking about those plants i LSTed 2 days ago... omg LST rules i can see the difference its so awesome those undercanopy branches are starting to get big fat leaves and growing up.

im having lots of fun growing this i think its not about smoking those joint but about feeling responsable and doing what you have to do when you do it in a peaceful way while listening to reggae.

btw.. my 2 biggest plants are males i can see balls forming. they havent even had 1 minute of darkness and there flowering balls :( i guess ill rip them out take some light out of there and put in my new plant base. the assplant.... that bastard im 70% sure its a girl. it grows very slowly and doesnt have balls or preflowers forming and its the same age as the other two.

the little one, bob, is doing very well its growing out its second pair of multi leaves. in about a week im guessing the seeds i will plant will have popped and ill have the light on in there, i will put little bob with its new friends and ill take out its light too and ill let 3 lights on the assplant and flower it a week after if it looks right.

Anyways your plant will turn purple if it gets too cold, its not neccessarily bad for the plant, a couple of mine went a bit purple on the leaves and the stem went a bit purple too, but it went away after a while, its not a big problem at all.

The roots out the bottom are whack, what kinda hole you got in the pot?

ah man its cold here and i got the flu. my head and all muscles ache it sucks. i have a little wowowowow effect vibrating in my ears argh..

i finished building the cabinet last night. 2 of the light sockets had problems i dont know why but i had to replace them, i also changed the lightbulb that was broken :).

many of the seeds i put in water are showing little white tails ill let them sit for a few more days then plant them into small transparent picnic cups.

aye mateys jee is definately a woman arghh.. yea shes a girl for sure now she has 2 hairs on most branches. i put her and bob into the new cabinet she will stay here a week or two then go into her old den for flowering while bob will be here untill he grows up. im thinking of doing this a 18/6 cabinet i know that will stress bob out a little but that schedule is better for plants isnt it. it gives them time to relax and throw out stress ( my guess ) and not be so manly in the future :D this must be a small factor in my opinion.

so here are the photos of the new cabinet and my plants under it, the lights look far in the photo but i lowered them after shooting the photos. also bob has some sort of brown spots on its leaves what could this be? im guessing its MG defficiency

You should be fine on 18/6. Just don't keep switching up on them. Leave them on 18/6 until you go 12/12.

Ive read alot about how 18/6 is much better for the plants, they grow better if they have some dark, i mean that plant didnt evolve in 24 hour light! Nature has a dark period, your plants will love it :D

im feeling much better today and im recovering from the flu.

the plants are on 18/6 now and im sure they like it, this morning i noticed some more browning on bob and i couldnt help giving it some nutes that have MG in them and one leaf virtually turned from brown to green infront of my eyes that was really cool, there are still some leaves with browning on them but i dont want to over nute so ill give it nutes again the next time i water.

the assplant ill change the name to daisy because it sounds better that way. daisy is hasnt decieved me and is showing more feminality in her every day those hairs are growing. i think shes begging to get 12/12 so im going to foliar feed her on her next feeding which is in 2 days and then i will move her back to the other grow area and flower her.

this morning i planted 8 seeds in little picnic cups all of them had germinated and had little white tails so those will be sprouting in 5-6 days. i was planning to put plants in 2 liter bottles until i saw which were females then put females in big pots and flower but i think the 2 lt bottles are gna be really small so i might go buy pots for them actually. ive put 4 seeds in the same soil i used before and 4 in the new guano soil.

I've finally got some replies and I'm at the point where the information is helping out big time invision and weedhound + a few others explained some stuff in a way that's got the girls...(hopefully) looking better I know what ya mean about the replies cause once you go through the effort of putting up the post you want to get the feedback I'm trying to be as patient as possible with mine cause even in the aero setup they seem to be growing really slow...just have to wait and see

But anyway bout your plants and setup it looks like they are doin just fine from a growth standpoint, I do remember reading several things about what affects gender or atleast makes a gender more likely so if I can remember where that was I'll point ya in the right direction...as for the 18/6 I'd definately go with that

Think of the plants as little people and the nutes you give them mixed with water are like the blood so human babies need baby food with everything all exact to make sure they don't get messed up I'd assume that once they get older you will have a much easier time just feeding them a certain amount and notice a steady growth I've done 2 grows in soil and this is my first attempt with aero but yours look better than mine have so far for all 3

I have a tendancy to ramble as well so don't feel bad about that especially when I feel like the plants have done something really cool or are looking much better I wanna tell people about it...as far as the medicinal growers who knows I mean everyone is different and until there is a computer that can pinpoint all the chemicals in the body and say which are too high or too low it'll be a crapshoot to say what people really need/don't need I've just tried to adopt the idea of live and let live cause hell if some guy is growin 120 plants or more he's probably got some real experience and a wide variety of problems successes to share ;-)

today i went to the shop in a hunt for bulbs and ive gone mad. first i went and bought 2 20w CFLs each 2700k 1100 lumens. then i said these suck and gave them back and started looking at other bulbs. i though id go with one halogen ( btw these bulbs im buying is for red spectrum for flowering ms.daisy ) im stupid i shouldve stuck to the cfls they look like they dont give light but they do.. whatever. so i was looking at halogens 150W and 230W the small one gave out 2100 lumens the other 4300. i tried them out and yea thats alot of light there! but it goes up to like 70degrees celcius in about 0.01 seconds from turning it on and burned my hand really quick and on the box sais it can go up to +200 degrees celcius... and .. lol so after this little adventure i felt bad about giving back those cfls and stupid and i didnt wanna go get them again cuz id feel like a stupid smurf so i searched around a little bit and i bought a 100W incandescant spotlight. it gives off alot of light ill stick to it it was really cheap. so now ill be separating daisy from her little box ( btw this morning i foliar fed her and ive seen those side shoots growing up and looking really cool ) there is one side shot from the very bottom that hasnt grown at all im thinking about cutting it and using it as a clone but weel see. i will put daisy 18/6 in the other place with 3 cfls and the incandescant and by the end of the week ill check her out if she has grown enough ill put her 12/12 if not ill let her another week. im not at home atm so i cant upload pics but i will tonight. give me opinions about how im doing and what i should do :) ty all if it werent for this thread and this great forum i wouldnt have made it this far at all. :rastasmoke:

hey guys sorry i couldnt write yesterday. all but 2 seedling have hatched and risen from the earth but ive dug a little and found that those 2 have hatched and by tomorrow will be popping their heads out.

little bob has been growing very fast im in the guess that its a boy. ms daisy is going really cool i took out her lst and tied her fan leaves down so the side shoots get more light and they are rising and going very well. im unsure if to flower her this weekend ( right now she is 5 weeks 2 days old ) or wait another week and then flower her. can you guys give me advice take a look at the photos. thanks guys ;)

ive just re structured the flower place a little.. ive tested out the temps in there too... i might give back the 100w spot and get the 60w spot.. or even an ordinary 40w incandescant. im starting to have problems now. i dont have another fan which is bad. im thinking if i should take the fan out of the veg room and put it in flowering room.

with fan the veg room is 25 celcius 77 fahrenheit. without the fan its around 33 celcius 91 fahrenheit. i have to find another fan from somewere maybe. i took a computer fan and hooked it up but it was too slow and didnt do anything and the other pc fans i have are too high for the adaptors.

the temps in the flower room are 43 celcius 113 fahrenheit.. its a nice bake in there. what should i do?

alright ill check ur plants out. to the heating prob ive come up with this solution: tomorrow ill go give the incandescant back and get a 2700K cfl and temps wont go over 35 in there.

MH and HPS they dont sell them here. i asked the guy and he was like whats that ... yea i know dont ask. dont think im in some little town im just not in the US and that makes it hard cuz they dont sell unordinary and not-so-used-by-everyone type stuff here. and i cant get them from internet cuz i dont have the money for it :D but in the future when i have my own house.. ill be doing big grows and ill get those types of lights for sure then.

ok so daisy is in her old home i bought one 2700k 1250lm cfl so along with another 3 cfls shes cool there ( total of 4 ). yes i know it should be more i hava space in the plugs for another two and will be updating that in a week or two dont worry :)

the other room.. i got crazy and transplanted the babys into their 2 lt ( cut it in half so 1 lt ) water bottles.. im sure i had 8 but i couldnt find one so i put one stupid baby in a normal water bottle ahahahaha yea!

that grow room looks really amateur and shitty but its bc the plants are small and dont fill up room it looks retarded i also need more lighting in there about 2-3 more lights.. ill get those after i get the ones for the flower room ( 3-4 weeks ) yes it takes me time to get money :). im also aware that the lights look a little high on the photos and yes they are my lowering system is ... you dont want to know, so i just keep them half lowered-ish. i remember my very first grow... i planted one seed and it was a window sill plant but it was fucking huge it recieved a lot of light by that window. it was a fucking male but i kept it anyway just to cherish it... 2 weeks later it spat polen all over the room man its so gross never keep males. then i had 3 plants out in the balcony and they were just entering flowering period and i had to more intercontinental and i had to pull them out and kill them. now its my indoor growth..

ROFL! First of all 1 ounce = 28 grams. Is that more your style? I don't know how big you personally roll joints, so I can't tell you how many you'll get. If you roll like I do (I'm a one hit wonder), you'll get many. I'll say you'll get a minimum of 20 joints to the ounce. And those are fatties.

Can't answer how much you'll get off your plant. Let it flower and I'll try to guess then. It'll be fun, like guessing how many jelly beans in a jar.

LoL ja pee is a great natural fertilizer, high in nitrogen, just make sure you dilute it! straight pee can damage your plant.

I buy weed by the gram, its good stuff!
I can get say 6-15 bongs, depending how big i stack them,from a gram.
Joints i'll get 1-2 from a gram. I prefer bong cause the weed goes further and i get more goofed :thumbsup:

i was going to buy that liquid guano so i went to the market but then i changed my mind and found that i could buy two other cheap bottles of stuff for the same price and bought those. what i bought was a bottle of flower nutes and a liquid thats high in iron which combats yellowing leaves.

ps: i think my plant is bad some of the fan leaves are getting serious drying out and stuff but worse then that some of the hairs on her not the new ones at the tops but the ones in the middle there white but the tips are going brown what is this?

oh yea and one very interesting (well it was for me) thing i wanted to point out look at the fourth photo. you can see the first two plants are different from the ones in the back there short and darker leaves. the other ones are tall with spaced out nodes.. now its funny cause its not a different specie.. NO ITS NOT! its normal soil vs penguin poo soil yea !! the ones in the back are the guano soiled pants. bc of the high phosforus they streach more then the ones of the normal soil.. cool :pimp:

Well, dude...THIS^ is probably the reason why you are not receiving very many posts on your thread. I might as well say it since someone else will eventually. We (the Cdot community) don't encourage anyone to steal things, let alone come on here and brag about it. We try to portray ourselves as responsible users/growers who do not break laws other than those prohibiting us from using the herb.

There is really no reason for that kind of behavior. It just doesn't accomplish anything, man. Ya know? If the store wouldn't take the light back, but Philips has that kind of guarantee, then why not just send it back to the company and get the light bulb replaced or get a refund for it. No sense in throwing a temper tantrum in the middle of the store. C'mon...how does that look? And why would you steal $5 of plugs?

well i killed 2 plants.. males im germinating 5 seeds 4 have hatched ill plant those in a few days i added 2 pots to the area i know it can have more so a total of 5 plants 4 empty pots ... ill be killing males and planting new seeds. im down to hoping 1 female out of this grow..:(

its just waiting long days left now nothing is happening i killed 2 males and topped a plant there are still 5 plants that havent showed sex ill be topping the other 4 soon. the flowering plant is the same no major changes ill post pics in the weekend if anything changed other then else the last pics i posted are pretty much the same as their state right now

ehh.. no actually i did more stuff right now i cleaned out the roots from the soil of the males and planted 4 seeds in separate pots. i also topped another plant and did a 180" lst on the big ones, watered them and let them back into their homes. i noticed the cotydelons (sP?) were yellow and dried out so on our next watering i will add a weak nute solution. the flowering plant is doing fine her hairs have grown more and are covering more of her body. i will water her in the morning.

i was actually writing a message this morning when there was a shortcircuit in the house and all electricity went off.
as i predicted the other small plant is also showing hairs now so far 2 females 3 unknown and 3 yet to spout ..:)

one more plant is off to cannabis heaven. plants in the game : 2 females 2 unknown ( 1 has a ball looking thing we will know what it is in 2-3 days ) 3 babies that popped up overnight :hippy:

the flowering plant is about to be week 3 of flowering and still no tric/bud.. its just getting full of hair its abit slow but its getting there.

oh yea i transplanted the females into big pots with guano soil theyll be thriving soon and ill lst them. the plants are turning yellow and begging for N so ill do that on the next watering.i gave it half dosage this morning.

the mystery plant still remains a mystery but im 70% sure its a male im going to wait a few days and see it might not be.

the deformed plant isnt deformed anymore its healthy and its still unsexed.

i lst-ed the 2 fems im not going to top them, im going to keep the lst on them for several weeks i want the side shots to be almost equal in length to the top then i will release. since there is no room for them to flower because i must get rid of the flowering plant then re-do that room i have to wait before putting these 2 fems to flower..
now that brings a series of tasks.
i wont be able to keep them there for 5 weeks so ill have to let them into the flowering room when they are touching the lights here.
i have to keep them short so that they do not touch the lights i will tie down everything that grows more then it should grow.

after that ill take out lights from the veg room and mount them in the flower room and fix that place up a little.

any opinions on my flowering plant? i keep thinking shes slow shes 3 weeks does she look ok?

i cut down a male yerterday the one i though had balls showed balls. now were left with 2 fems 3 babies and one plant.

the one thats left shows no signs of male of female. also its my mutant plant. im beginning to think that it might never show sex being an unsexed plant or something.. i hope it turns into a female not bc i want more fems but because it actually turned out a very nie plant lots of side shots which are growing and have average spaces between nodes. my two fems have cramped up nodes and the side shots look funny the main stem looks like a furry green forest. ill get in pics by friday.

the flowering plant has started to bulk up i really notice the progress on it. im beginning to see little sugars on it yum yum and ive notices some red/orange hairs. id love it if this thing turns all orange or red it would be awesome.

man its hot in here and summers coming .. i checked the shop and asked when fans will come and they told me in about 1 month, so ill be getting a couple of real fans when they get here. i hope the girl doesnt turn hermie from the heat in there.

the vegging flowers are fine 3 babies are cool the mutant is growing I lsted it and it still hasnt showed sex i hope its a girl. the other 2 fems are also good im going to let them veg for another 3-4 weeks.. yes you heard correctly. im going to tie down everything that grows more then it should all around the pot. they dont grow much anyways.. this weekend they will be 5 weeks old.
ill get some pics in the weekend.

daisy will be 4 weeks flowering this weekend heres some photos i took about 10 mins ago. im guessing i wont be getting much out of her some popcorn and other small buds. but its my first female ever so im learning.

first pic is unclear off a sideshot.. just look at colors its turning orange :)
second and third pics are colas. there not as big as the main cola i shouldve lsted better. but im learning dont worry. i dont know how many i have i will count and tell you guys on my next posting. the main cola is almost completely covered in bud top to bottom theres one spot left around the middle and thats what pic 4 shows you :) and pic 5 is a blurry pic of the main cola.. sorry about bad pics ill take better ones next time:(

btw if you look closely on pic2 you can see magnesium defficiency on some leaves from a sideshot.. yes some have this and ive noted it down. the bloom nutes dont have magnesium in them so i will water it with some nutes with mag in it tomorow morning before leaving home. when i get back ill take it out of its spot go flush it and take some cool photos. it really needs this flush. theres some burn on top leaves.. nothing serious.

.. man they dont sell accesories here i want a pipe.. ive encharged a friend thats going to amsterdam to buy.. if she cant get it i have another friend thats coming from the us this summer shes gna bring me pipe, bong, candy :jointsmile: alot of stuff.

im starting to have a fair idea of the babies.. maybe its too early but i see two have started growing fast and left one behind. as i hoped this one might be a female.. lets hope so.. will discover that in 4 weeks.. just about when the flowering plant is cut down. this is going to be lst crazy those two fems are really gona get it :) i see their sideshots are getting hairs on them :O but will not flower yet :)

the good update is today. i gave daisy 1 liter of water with nutes in the morning then came back and took her out and flushed her and i did a little reconsctruction in her den just added some white papers and switched around the light to suit....her new mini lst!

we no its basically just biggest sideshots tied down around the sides so they dont stick on eachother and block light. im sure this will be efficient. i also did a thin most people will say NONO but i cut off some fan leaves some broke some fell off also while i was shagging her. i didnt take the ones that are on the major bud side of the top cola, just the lower elder ones that blocked alot of light from the sideshots. 8 lower colas 5 middle and the rest is the one and only top cola. i can say shes ok and chilling out in there. the new lights i made it so theres some fixed on the lower shots and then 3 for the top cola and sides. im going to get more lights sometime soon because i plan to put one of the vegg fems in there and make the space she leaves in the veg box a cloning area it so cranked in there :) so i will be taking a couple clones from the two vegging fems. they are growing ill just keep tieing them down no release untill 3 weeks minimum :)

the mutant i called it E.T. .. ET isnt showing any sex still im not worried when its in 12 / 12 im sure it will. what else can i say..

the babies are fine just normal ordinary babies well see how they start shaping up in the upcoming weeks. i took a bunch of photos and discarted all the blurry or "not as cool as the other" ones and its still 18.. sorry ill be taking up alot of space but there nice pics.. the next time ill have a load of photos like this will be when i take daisy out to flush on her last week of life... and more of harvest and how other girls and babies are doing.

oh wow i never knew weed in grams. i got some weed today 2 grams actually we smoked abit and now i came home and took out the stems and seeds from it and its clean now weighs 2 grams.. its so killer man 2 joints got me so dead.. im saving some of these seeds i picked out the best looking and im saying them im gna grow these on next round. there smaller then the last seeds im pretty sure its a different specie because the smoke wasnt the same as last ones.

oh oh.. problems re emerge.. fans are still not out... daisy has hard leaves and sides curling upwards ( heat stress ). ive moved the lights higher but wont help needs a fan.. E.T. is showing a buldge on a preflower.. it really looks like a ball.. it was growing too fast to be a female. ill let it become really clear that its a ball before taking him down.

the mutant looks like it has balls. not sure but i see a bulb on a stem.. its been like that for 5 days im waiting to tell if its a hair or ball but most probably ball.. i just wanna make sure then ill chop it down.

my 2 fems are really growing big looks like the real lsting is about to begin, cause i dont want to flower them just yet :).

the 3 babies are all developing fast maybe there all males.. im hoping for 1 female out of them.

after a couple of weeks the 2 fems will be flowering in the other room. the mutant will be chopped down or moved into bigger pot if its a fem and lsted better, the babies will be checked for sex and males discarted. and new seeds i got will be started.. ill go for 6 or so.. these seeds im guessing are more sativa type do to its nice uplifting high. i smoked one in the morning before going to class ( joint not seed ) and i didnt feel sleepy at all and giggled through the first 3 lessons then came back to my senses. i really enjoyed it.

these new seeds are smaller then the indica seeds. are sativa seeds usually smaller or could these just be undevelopped? there not white or green all brown and tigerish.. i think theyll hatch.

daisy stil has heat stress.. if i see it go hermie i might chop it down :(.. i hope it doesnt. the top cola has transformed into a "from top to down" full bud. the side colas are still small but there developing. i dont know what ill get from it exactly but it doesnt matter because i have more on the way :jointsmile:

oh btw im not taking clones.. again.. i dono i just dont feel comfortable with it.. what if the clone dies and i end up with 1 cola less tension on me.. and i dont have any cloning reagent.. if i take one ill just have to leave it in water ( changing daily ofcourse ) and wait.. ill take from the next round of sativas.

back in veg... im going crazy with the mutant it has something there but its not a hair nor a ball its undecided maybe haha:D the other girl plantY is doing fine she will stay lst-ed and i will apply harsher lsting on her untill daisy is cut ( so another 3-5 weeks )

the baby plants there are fine 2 are fat and big one is smaller. the one is the one i tried hydrogenperoxide on actually.. but im sure the other two will be male and im hoping this will be a girl.

i watered everyone today they were thirsty. im going to move up my watering schedule to a watering every 2 days. i know aluminum foil and heatstress on daisy so dont blame me on it i cant do anything but wait... each time i take a look into that flowering den something falls off..
imagine having 2 walls.. and you have to make that 4 walls and a roof.. and out of black garbage bags. its really unstable:)

so here are the pics. first is of veg area.. the other is of the 3 runts. the one to the left has a little less development then the other two if you notice.. im hoping 1 female but none wouldnt really matter.. i need to reconstruct things think, re-plan, and then plant again. next is plantX flowering for 3 days. 4 is top cola of daisy as you can see her minor colas are almost nothing and she just has one big top cola. but im ok with is it is herb nonetheless and it will be good. shes full of orange hairs, that closeup wasnt a good one but next week i take her out for inspection as i do every 3 weeks. so i will take alot of pics then. and finally is a pic of the 2 sitting together in the flower shack there is a light right there but i take it out to take pics.. total lights in there - 6. only 2 2700k though lol maybe thats why there not bulking up that fast.

bleh.. who cares i made these out of a 2 mm diameter ball they call seed, i created this *ukin erb so im proud of it! so a little update 2 days prior to pics.

daisy is surely fattening up but not like other peoples weed just a little and no hairs really sticking out that much.. her leaves are dry and break when you bend them which kindof sucks i guess. plantX is getting full of hairs shes about 1 week into flower.

veg time. planty looks really cool im lsting her little by little around the pot in a circle its not going to look like that famous lst photo you should all know is somewere around this forum, but its going to be fine. still about 2-3 weeks before i cut down daisy so shell have to sit there and wait. the mutant isnt showing sex.. she has a bulge on one stem and its been there for a month no other just one and there.. it doesnt look round its more oval typed so im guessing a hair will pop out of it when its put into flower. hurray hurray..

the 3 babies are now young children. 2 are really shooting out and im sure they are males. the other one is behind a set of leaves but it could be another male thats a little slow. i dont really care about them now i want them discarted then i can get those 2 in veg to flower in there and not worry about that anymore.. i need to get them out and plant new seeds. my next grow will be only of the new seeds i got i have them saved separately :)

ill post some pics in a couple of days take care all.. oh almost forgetting.. my friend brough me a cool wooden pipe from amsterdam ill take pics of it too and show u guys.

sure .. theres 2 27W -125W 2700 cfls and 4 6500 23-120 cfls. the nutes i give them are.. 8-10-13 there not so pro but there better then nothing. the first few weeks i wasnt giving them much now ill be giving them nutes with every watering and flush them every weekend or so. daisy is in 5 or 6 week i dont remember well im drunk right now ill post pics tomorow. shes bulking up ive seen it today when i came back home and turned lights off. she is growing hairs out of the buds that will cover her precious body mm delicious ill post pics tmorow

even a vegetarian vampire cannot stand the urge to plunge its teeth into human flesh and suck out the fresh blood... so i decided to take a sample cutting.. i took daisy out of her home and onto my desk and cleaned her up removed dead foliage and cut some very big fans i couldnt resist not cutting.
i think you can cut off fans from the main branch but not fans from secondary growth and it doesnt do anything.. if it does.. i removed 14 fan leaves out of the alien plant last week and its female of yea forgot to say ITS A GIRL.. for now.

so i was looking around and i noticed that if i cut something off now i will reduce the final product by alot so i decide to lean back and wait... waiting for that perfect moment to pounce on my prey and bite its neck.. dry n smoke dat stupid animal ! so i crouch back into my chair like a lynx after taking a few pics :)!

daisy- 6 weeks into flower as of tomorow. she had 6 weeks veg also = 12 weeks old

plantX- 2nd week of flower. she had 6 week veg = 8 weeks old

the beauty and the beast- 7th week of veg.

the 3 juniors- i think 4th week veg.

sunny day i love sunny days.. its so perfect weather.. kindof cold but not freezing .. the suns up it warms you. love it.

so what did i do this morning?

took daisy out for a flush, tidied up the flowering room abit, rearanged some lights, put daisy back fed plantX and done with there.

veg time. took out all plants for close inspection. removed a male, now only 2 juniors in there : one shows nothing ( the one i think is a fem ) the other shows a slight bump im 90% sure its male im just waiting for there to be several bumps then ill say "bollocks" and ill remove it also. i transplanted mutant into a large pot it was very rootbound. watered the onion plant. im also growing a pine tree. yes a pine tree, i cut off a small tip while i was walking around the park and i put it in a pot i see it has grown roots and is growing upward. soon ill buy a bigger pot for it to grow it :) and eventually after some months ill take it down and plant it somewere in the park.

i found a place for drying the herb. in my balcony i had a minifridge i never used its unpluged and sitting there.. so i went out swept up and cleaned the balcony and the inside of the fridge a little bit. im going to bleach clean it but right now im really tired so ill leave that for another day. ill put buds on a little raf and turn them daily and open up the door now and then so it gets air.

everything is happy. plantX is very hairy, in several weeks it will look like what daisy looks like today, by that time daisy will no longer be with us though :( **cry**cry** nott.. shell be packed up in a joint :rastasmoke:

i use a normal magnifyer glass i dont know how much X.. maybe x10.. but i can see them with the naked eye also. there all clear.. lol^^ but use the mag is much easier... what you want is good light hitting the place you are looking at.. :wtf: and you creep in close and dont move your eyeball for a while itll be a half clear pic you can make out.. but ofcourse mag is easier

ive been smelling those nugs.. its like a fresh cut pine mixed with fruity citrus smell and ocean wave... very calm. this is gona be good sinsemilla :rasta:

i was reading that when almost all hairs are brown it means the harvest is part and its messed up.. hairs on the main cola of daisy are almost all orange theres new white ones forming but the rest are all orange / brown and shrunken sortof. i should maybe harvest top cola this weekend and then side colas next weekend? is that possible? i flushed this morning and stopped ferts so it should be ok.. what do yu guys think? ill get close up macro shots tomorow of trics and stuff so you all can see

alright i took some pics i did the best i could. i think there pretty fair. as you can see my buds arent so high q as other peoples but its something im still learning. from this it will only go better in the future. so i was thinking, next saturday will be the 50th day of flowering, so i can look then see if its ready or wait another few days 53-55 then chop it. i will chop the main cola first then the side colas separately because i know those can grow much more then what they are now and they surprise me everyday.

so here are thoe pics. first 4 are ok ones no need to zoom just some interesting ones. but the last one ... its a must download to your harddrive and take a closer look for everyone. you can see pretty cool stuff many colors and also some trics perfectly if you look around, i though about circling them but i though it would be better and much sexier if i left it like this and asked you guys to find them.
( if you divide pic in 4 the trics you can see very well are in the top right box ) arent they beautiful.. please tell me what you think :rastasmoke:

Hey Whisky :)

When 60-80% of the pistils (hairs) on your plant are brown you should harvest.
Or so i hear....

From the pics it looks like only 30% of the pistils have gone brown

You should give your plant NO nutes 2 weeks before harvest so that it uses all its own sugars and starches up, this will make your bud much smoother and burn better. Dont even give it organic fert, just straight water.

I think it would be fine to chop the top cola and let the other buds ripen further.

its impossible to tell strain out of anything ive heard.. if not prove me wrong and tell what my strain is :) you can only tell indica from sativa... clearly everyone knows that one. could you get a pic of the whole plant man? itll have some nice buds that one good job.
ok then ill feed it bat shit just once then give it sugar untill harvest. ofcourse not giving it water before harvest cuzi heard its better. ill be looking at it everyday and ill tell when the top is ready.. im looking for amber trics.. when i start seing some around 20-30% ill hack off the top cola. :)

Look for cloudy trich's not amber! Amber trich's are degraded, when 90% are cloudy you should harvest.

Why would you wana give it sugar???? Your plant will be just fine getin straight water for its last two weeks of life, Thats the way its supposed to be done!

alright i bought liquid penguin shit ..yum yum.. smells really weird.
ill give this a couple of times then flush and wait and see ill look for cloudy on saturday/sunday if its ready ill hack the top cola. the rest i know they still have another 2 weeks of fattening up. good plant barca, yes there worth it go buy some plant vitamins. get flowering ones .. look at the back of the box, you want one with low N (nitrogen) highest K (potassium) possible and good P ( phosforus ) i use 8-10-13 although ive seen people that use 5-50-10 or so.. they are better but can burn your plants easly. you should give only what it sais in the back and do it once every 2 waterings or so .. and flush the plant every 2 weeks. it would be a healthy schedule i guess..

oh i was talking to a friend and we decided to smoke some of my weed for trying it for 420. so i took a small nibble off the middle of the plant, im letting it dry 2 days in a little box with holes in it. the buds hanging from the top into it.. and then friday morning ovening it for a while, then going out to smoke the whole day through.. dont have a microwave..
didnt weigh it or anything just manicured.. saved the trimmings for putting it with the other trimings from the whole plant.. itll probably be 1 gram when dry

ill give ths a try after our first bigga joint ill roll with several kingsize... and ill pack this small bud into a blunt.. and we shall see how she taste.. ill tell you guys :)

alright heres an update of today. the flowerings are still getting there i really need daisy to finish so i can put another from the veg cab in there. i will give her another 5-8 days then chop.

i topped the mutant plant ( its gone through so much punishment.. ) and also the small female because im running out of space and time. plantY and mutant are almost touchşng the lights i have to keep arrnging them so there like 1 cm off from touching a light.

when daisy goes out itll be much easier im going to put in plantY. oh by the way plantY has been super lsted tied all the way down and her side shots are as tall as the main body and many budsites. itll be top cola like sidecolas:D

i will plant new seeds when theres only one female left in the veg cabinet. so after plantX`s harvest in like 6-7 weeks.. i need to do something about these plants in veg.. i might do a topping on their sidecolas so theyll take a week or two more to recover.. then i will tie them down alot and hope for the best.. maybe ill take clones off mutant who isnt an autoflowering she just has 2 branches showing a calyx opposed to plantY who is getting hairy..

im sorry but im running into space problems. the topped plants recovered and are growing again. that junior has the fattest leaves ive ever seen. and plantX who is in flowering has really long leaves.. i will show you in a pic in my next pic update.

so space issues, yeah. i have chop daisy and move a plant from veg into flowering, then take daisies pot and plant junior in it. if i dont do this junior will be too thick to lst and i cant lst in her current pot which is a cola bottle.
im planning tuesday for the harvest of daisy, completely. i will water again thursday then flush on sunday. and ill put plantY into flowering in its place.
i wouldnt mind waiting a little more its not my "first timer desperateness" that got ahold.. i have space issues and the sooner i start dealing with them the better.

by the time plantX is done junior will be huge and wanting to go into flower but ill have to put mutant there and wait.. so you see the situation i am in.
but everything shall be fine. im guessing daisy is 60% ripe and she will be 70% by harvest so im not loosing an awfull amount. i see on sidecolas some buds just beginning to form but i have to do this im sorry ..

so i was reading this website..totse.. its so great i love it.. and i found out you could make tea with opopim.. opiu m seeds. and i said nah thats the shit noway. and i made it.. you take a bottle and put like 3 big spoonfuls of seeds into it and then fill up 90% of the bottle with hot water.. then shake all you can giving small intervals.. for like 40 minutes.. you will notice the water turns milky white. so i poured that into a cup half way. and added some mix fruitjuice.. it realllyy tastes worse then a putrified worm from an elephants anus if you take it raw i mean it.. and i drank a few sips.. i started feeling my neck go free and moving it to all sides but i said nahhh im just sleepy.. and as i drank more i noticed how my keyboard started to look a cm farther away each time i looked at it and then i got this brainal thump thump and starting lifting away:D.. im still not sober atm as im sure you can tell.. its so practical you can buy this stuff from the supermarket isnt that cool :-) dont forget the juice or you will be sorry you were born.. i mean it.. it smellsssssssssssssssssssss os so mad.. good night

yea popi seeds.. actually my friend was on a trip and he found a poppy on the road side and he brought it to me it was full of seeds :) but they sell them in exotic spice markets all around the world so its not a problem to get them.
i couldnt sleep it had really kicked in and i kept turning around my bed then lit a cigarete and then relaxed and slept. when i woke up i felt no "oh fuck i have to go to class now" like i do everyday.. i was still "high" and i think this lasts a few days cause it gets into your blood... i still feel a slight relaxing in my body not as much as it was yesterday but theres still some.
i moved harvest schedule to sunday.. ill update pics on sunday a before chop and an after chop kindof thing..

todays update.. trics on daisys top cola are all white the ones on side colas are still clear but what can i do i must cut her. i found a solution to all of this, i did a small sorting out of the flowering tent and i can have 3 plants in there now so as soon as daisy gets cut i will have plantY and mutant in there flowering, then ill plant junior ( whos getting huge ) into daisys pot :)

its really funny how the top cola wobbles around makes me laugh. btw plantX (sorry for all the weird names) is starting to have buds and i see trics forming.. ill update on sunday with pics :)

im sick again.. the weather is crazy here its sunny you go out it rains its raining you stay indoors it gets sunny.. then constant drop/raise in temperature.. damn factories..
i will be home tomorow and i cant stand it ... i write in this log every 10 mins im going crazy.. but on saturday im going to meet up with some friends so i though id take some of my home made hash with me.. and to do that obviously i must chop the old girl down. ill put another 2 into flower in her place, ofcourse freeing them from their lst first.. plantX is crazy LSTed..

all ive waited was for this... i remember that day when i decided to make a little tent out of black garbage bags and taped them up on the wall.. its funny. i remember the plant i named mom.. and there was this plant.. this was the asshole plant i hated for being small, but it turned out to be the only female out of 4.. then there was me making the cabinet.. and then putting them to flower and watching those buds for first time. i will finish these then make adjustments in the veg cab i can squeeze in another 3-5 cm of space pulling the lights up and i should go out some day and buy more garbage bags for the flower tipi sometimes a little light glooms down there. after all that then i will go in for round 2 with that good weed i smoked last time. this will be a better grow for i know more now and i will do some uber lsting and topping and crazy stuff maybe add more lights do exotic stuff.. etc.

i feel good, even if it rains.. for me its always sunny.. tomorow will be a good day. my pine tree is growing haha ill post pics of that too.

i harvested daisy today. it took me 1 hour 20 mins.. my back hurts argh..

so you want pics right :P im going to make some hash now after that ill post pics. i put all the tric covered leaves in one container and the discard crap in the other there was some undeveloped lower buds i just shreded those into the container for making hash.. so leaving those out i have nice trimmed gourgeous buds in the drawer drying :) im planning dry till it snaps (5-8 days) then cure for a week.

so i bet ur wantering weight.. :) i actually expected less from it..
and in the very green corner.. champion of the pack.. weighing in 63 grams errrrrrrrrrr daisyyyyyy!!!! the top cola weighs 32 grams the rest weigh 31 hah:D

the top cola is huge i didnt think it was so big.. ah well its nice i had fun and i put the other 2 into the flower tent now i will make hash, then clean up daisys pot and plant junior in there. oh and junior looks like shes going to be a 4 headed monster the topping worked great and she has 4 tops 2 from the topping and the other 2 from below.

heres picks of the 3 plants sitting in flower tent, 4 week into flower top cola bud, transplanted junior into a big pot and hes there with his buddy "the pine", a big bowl with 4 huge chunks of ice and trics settling to the bottom.. ill let it sit 1 hour till ice melts stir it then let sit for 4 - 5 hours more and collect my hash.

some arent very clear but dont worry ill get another couple when its done drying and going into jars. the lighter is there for size refferance as you can see its not alot ( remember i threw the very small and undeveloped ones into hash ) but im happy with it :rastasmoke:

as you can see in the first 2 pics the plant was having magnesium defficiency. if you take a close look at the leaves you can see the middle getting a golder / brown color and spreading through the veins towards the outer sides of the leaf. you can just let that be because you dont want to nute it with veg nutes ( the one that contains magnesium in my case ).

without much effort or going really crazy you can manage to grow and harvest a marijuana plant. it doesnt take much money, just time and patience. and if you have patience, then time shouldnt be a problem.
i wouldnt have expected to get this far, i remember when i still remember the day the were planted:)
anyone can do it.. so go.. DO IT!!

I havnt heard about the ice hash making method, id defnitly recommend the silk screen way! Read greenfogs Journal of a madman - hash/kief making thread, definitly the easiest safest way to do it!

ill eye that now thanks blank. i toasted up a really small bud just to taste, it wouldnt burn good cause it was a little wet so i added some tabaco to the joint.. it was a very small joint but got me good :) its just like i like i think i harvested at the right time.. maybe another week wouldve made those small nugs a little bigger, will keep that in mind next time. i went and filled a plate with rice and chicken and sauce and stuff.. mmm tastes so good.. anything tastes good when ur high :) spicy chicken yumm

hey guys, lsted the junior its 4 heads were growing too big and were about to touch the bulbs so tied them down.

the flowering tent is great, plantX still on those buds some hairs turning orange/brown. it has alot of trics, more then daisy had at this point and she smells better too so im expecting better bud from this. the mutant has no change im guessing because i hacked off alot of fan leaves a month ago and its still hanging on there shes not even showing hairs but ill wait, its her 5th day in flower. plantY had a huge ph 8-9 so i flushed that and the mutant today ( it had some burns also ). but plantY had every leaf curled down and spiny. now its been 20 mins since flush 60% of her leaves are back to normal.

the buds have almost all dried i put all but top cola into a jar for curing. i havent smoked from it so i dont know for good how its like. i did however take some small samples from the dried bottoms of some small nugs and mixed with tabaco and put on the bong. it very little weed and kicked in softly im anxious to have a smoke party ( friday :rasta: ). the top cola felt dry and was snapping i started to take it apart pulling stems down from the bottom when i was halfway through it i tried to snap stem again and it just bent so i left all pieces of top cola to dry some more before going into cure.

if all you can find with high nutes is the little balls that is fine just sprinkle them around the plant(not touching the plant) and water it should be fine, not too many though like lightly sprinkle...

haha yea :) thanks for the messages guys its great to hear good stuff.
i inspected my blender and found out that its like 1 cm off the bottom so it doesnt grind small things in the bottom. and since i was planning 2 small nugs im sure it wont grind them to powder that good so ill pass on the kief... maybe next time :(

not much has changed.. i plan to flower plantX for 9-10 weeks so thats 4-5 more then i will put junior in its place and wait for the other two to finish flowering. when there is only junior left in the flowering tent and he is around week 5-6 i will plant new seeds ( the cool big ones from the good weed ).

now its time to go out and meet with some friends.. im crazy and i printed out a bunch of pics of plants that get u high / halucinate and were hunting them around the forest and country.. i know i know but its very fun we smoke weed get high then fuck around... i really want to find a datura plant right now. i know ive seen them before! have a nice day all ill smoke a big joint on behalf of everyone who posted in this forum.. cheers!:rasta:

i noticed the mutant was a 6 top not 5, and its growing really fast im loving it. the rest are fine i watered them today i will begin to flush them 1 by 1 starting thursday.
about the little pot with many plants in it its not weed its opium and im going to let them grow there ive read opium has a very small root system so i guess it should be ok.

about my first harvested weed - the taste is probably the best ive had but the high is one of the worst. usually good weed you smoke 1-2 joints or a bit on the bong and you get sky high but this stuff nah. i sat down the other day spent half hour on bong then moved onto pipe then rolled some joints.. nothing. i like the weed that gets you slow and stupid and you keep repeating to yourself "Jah! aym High hahahah". i will let plantX flower untill i see about 20-40% amber then harvest then when i move that out i will move in junior and clean and arrange the veg cabinet. and when all flowering is done after another 9 weeks i will clean out the flowering place its really bad so i really have to rebuild it.

program? i use the cameras program but i dont play with anything i just change brightness to make pic look better, and my camera is 5.1 megapixel.
tomorow i will flush the plants its a trouble to take them out without something snapping so i will do them all at once to get over with it and i will change their places and put plantX in the middle so in 2-3 weeks i can easyly pull out the pot and harvest the plant.

now its time for french fries with ice cold beer and a joint happy hour:hippy: and im going to watch a movie.

flush day was today it went well. i also cleaned out (many) dead leaves and cut out the lowest branches and also pruned off some lower growth on other branches so plant focuses more on growing out the buds on the top.

must say, these plants look better then daisy she sucked. plantY is so small i didntrealize how small she was haha !
look how the 6 headed maricerberus dwarfs her in the first pic.

im in love with the mutant plant it looks so good an everyday it gets bigger m hoping for good yield off it i know it wont let me down. on my plants the leaf to bud ratio is too high i dont get buds covered in hairs.. but these plants have much more trichomes then what daisy did. anyhow moving onto photos..

i had about 1 gram of weed left i decided to make space cookies! so i made the butter and i started baking cookies.. but you had to leave the butter overnight so it condensates and i have class in the morning so i had to wake up at 5 am to bake ffs.. its like 25 cookies well eat 3 persons.

the first batch ( as always ) was a little burnt so i ate 3... i dont know if its because its really early or the cookies but im kindof funny right now :) the oven is so small i can only cook 5 cookies at a time ... its cooking the 3rd batch right now.. ill take photo of em muchies when there all done.

if this is how im expecting it to be id say this is a definate thing to try, this is my first time. it would be funny to give some to the stupid cute girl in my class then watch her next period acting stupid.. shes already stupid but a little more stupid if possible..

it doesnt look very appetizing but we ate it.. didnt do very much im guessing because of the weed being little and bad quality.. but when you closed your eyes you did feel pressure on your ear and stuff seemed funnier then usual but no "high".

i might harvest plantX this friday because it will be 9th week and it hasnt grown at all for the past week and its boring me. i will put junior from the veg cab into the flower tent into its place.

the mutant plant ( which is gorgeous but ill still call it mutant ) has grown very big and has big fat hairs not thin skimpy ones as the others. and is starting to make buds. im going to treat plants more like mutant from now on. maybe it was genetic or maybe it was how i treated it that made it so big and great. incredible pruning and Lst. i cut off all fan leaves and small growth from bottom just let it grow from middle to top, and it has turned out good.

i harvested plantX which looked like shit then i looked at plantY it looked like dead so i cut it down also its like the shittyest weed ever probably we will know next week havent smoked any. im hoping for good results from mutant and junior who are together in the flower tent now.

i fixed up the flower tent a little now it doesnt have any light going through.. almost. i will try to add new pics tomorow. i am cleaning up the veg place, i will have a new grow going on in there. i get shitty weed from this but i dont care i really enjoy growing it. i know this new weed will be good because its the skanky awesome weed i got the seeds from there bigger then the other ones and look cooler. ill plant 8-10 of these and hope for 3-4 females. i got 4 pots now ( 2 liter bottles ) i have to find another 4-5 then buy some good dirt.. then i can go green and plant these babies.

went to the market today got chili pepper seeds and planted on my balcony i also got seeds for salvia - sage.. i dno which cause it sais both lol but what ever it was 2 dollars. its small round black balls.. anyhow holy sht salvia is everywhere ive seen it so much im gna kill myself im gna get it now and dry then smoke its halucinojenic... anyhow i put like 15 seeds in water some have hatched but im leaving them there tomorrow or the day after i will plant the healthyest looking 12. these are the "good weed" seeds. there bigger then the others and im hoping for good results cause the other weed sucks balls.

watered chilis and salvia or it might be sage what ever im gna use it as spice anyhow and eat the chilis... planted 13 seeds that had germinated overnight in small cups i havent pu the lights on yet i will when the first baby cracks out of the dirt.
i rolled a joint with the dry parts of the weed and i took 4 hits im impressed.. the taste of this is much better then daisys and its potent my brain feels like water boiling and ears are begining to feel pressure on them im happy cause there is alot of this weed:) im not going to cure it.. maybe my curing made the weed worse.. i will smoke this when its dry.. its going to be nice :)
