Which Bud for me?

I have MS and would like to know what is the best Bud for me? Also can anyone tell me what the average prescribed amount per dose, per day? I know I will get all sorts of answers but I'm really serious about it so I know if I am smoking enough. I like to try to make sure I have enough and when I have to put the word out that I'm looking. I hope this is makeing some surt of sence.

it's White Rhino, not White Rino. And yes, White Rhino has a very large percentage of THC. 22%+ under the correct conditions, iirc.
