Alright so this is my first grow i lost my first thread so heres another. I have had these plants growing 4 weeks now after they sprouted. They have stretched quite a bit this maybe be the problem. On the box of started disc things it said keep them in dark until all have sprouted so i did that maybe i should have been putting the ones that had under the light. Now for my setup im getting a hps or a t5 not sure yet, im gonna ask everyones opinion first aswell if im not up to par i may scratch you can see the pics and tell me, but i ramble so bare with me,

1. dual floro 48inch with two aquarium and plant lights 40w
2. 2 36w cfls sunlight
3. 2 flouro 24 inch growlights,
4. mg moisture control 3 month feeding soil
5. 5 or 8 ounce pots i forgot which
6. this is in a 7' by 2 1/2' closet sliding doors with a quilt over for no light leaks

i didnt get all the lights at once just the 2 24inch flouros at first, they are starting to take off now but due to not really having cash and not really knowing how to grow i think i started off wrong. though im a long time smoker, aswell one of my plants has a defferent shape leaves most are full and kinda wide but one has long skinny ones, is this just mostly one sort sativa or indacathen one of another, or is something wrong, i have started lsting today aswel as i have been on 12/12 a week come friday its weds now, so yeah , um i read that they should show sex around 3rd too 4th week but i dont see anything they have new leaves coming out of the nodes but not white pistils hopefully i can get some help from you wonderful people like i have seen on here and if im on the wrong path please let me know thanks its really appreciated

ps yeah the last pic is of the odd plant and if anyone could tell me what kind they are id appreciate it

So how old are your plants and how many you got.
How many nodes?

What lighting are they under now?

ime using 250 hps

What kinda soil?

fox farm perlite mix

Do you got any ventilation or fans?

using a 100 cfm w/ can exausting 24/7
400 cfm exhausting 250 hps 12/12
small fan blow in closet

How often ya watering? Are you really lettin that soil dry good? Ph?

Using any nutes?

using botanicare pure blend grow 1/2 dose maybe

Just seeing where you stand
You've still got plenty of time w/ em and it looks like the plants are doing all right.

just letting ya know what ime using here,

doing an apt. closet grow

Your plants are not a lost cause and they are still young you say they are under 12/12 now for what 5 days thats fine if your lookin to get little guys but nonetheless we need to figure out a way to get these suckers jumpstarted if you wanna get much out of em especially since they are 12/12. O.k. I see what lights and stuff your using but I'm confused with so many.
First do those plants got any ventilation, the closet your in is big enough but I think with doors closed to prevent light leaks sounds like no ventilation, could be wrong.
Are you allowing those puppies to dry out well between watering, may be worth it to if not sure to gently pull one out of the pot to make sure they are drying if it's soggy wait on water, your roots may thank you.
This lighting setup you got, are they close to the tops of the plants, within inches or what? Are you having any heat issues, whats the temp w lights on at plant level?
Yes and have you checked the ph of the water your puttin in those bad boys or girls? Test kits are not very expensive.

As far as 12/12 goes are you interrupting dark periods?

From what you said you may have a female, thats good and if you r not sure youve got time. Oh and sex may not show for a little while, be patient and about keeping the plants, why not with sex yet undetermined on a few wait before you just focus on the one and keep em all alive, cus you may have more females and cus those plants are still small, so maybe the more the better.
Nonetheless I am no expert, but thought I could help a little cus my sichuation was similar to yours. Let me know whats up, dont think those are a lost cause, still hope.
Oh yeah t5 or hps, the hps will help you in flowereing but those bitches can be hot so cooling it will be important.

other than the plants stretching too much it look good. when they start to bud the wait will probably topple the plant over, if you dont have a fan blowing on them that would be a good move. and if you plant on transplanting again fill the soil up to about the first 2 leaves, that should help it grow strong.:twocents:
