WHERE IS THE SAFEST PLACE TO GROW POT FOR PERSONAL USE IN THE WORLD? i want a new place to call home i am live in the usa in ohio be was in canada for a few months and it same sooo much nicer and the weed is sooo good:S5: or is there some place better????

spain and portugal have both decriminalized marijuana. they believe in alot of privacy, so a small indoor grow would be easy to conceal. Uruguay also has lenient marijuana laws (decriminalized, no pen) and their standard of living is extremely respectable, given the cost of living
