It is the commercial bud smuggled across the Canadian border to sell to americans in order to make more profit(since we will pay more here). It is not usually fully dried, flushed, or cured. It ranges in quality, some can be wet as hell and moldy, as well as kiefed. and some can have a nice layer of kief on top and crumble apart in your fingers. I usually call shitty beasters beasters.. ha. and top shelf beasters BC bud just to distinguish.
