i hear a crotch rocket (sports bike) reving up really high, and going fast as hell.... then a metal on concrete scraping sound, and eventually a loud bang...

this is a small ass town too! 2nd time in my life i've heard someone on a crotch rocket eat the pavement... last time after a couple of minutes i heard the bike start up and take off again, i gues sonly time will tell if this guy was as lucky...

I don't even feel bad for them anymore. Granted not every one on a crotch rocket drive like morons but come on. The other day some guy passed me on one of those things on the two lane highway, popping a wheely. I was almost hopping he would wipe out at the next turn.

i'd say our meth 'problem' is about average of every other town, along with every other drug... except weed... that shit is scarce (go figure)

Have you noticed though, usually your normal rider on there Harley, drives the speed limit and is generally aware of his mortality. As opposed to the ones on crotch rocket who will gun it out of a parking lot directly in front of you wile doing 50.

jagged... those bikes were made for nothing but speed.... it actually frightens me... nearly eveyrone who buys one sees two wheels and a SHITLOAD of speed, and never thinsk twice about the consequences... i had a friend who had a cousin, got a ninja (kawasaki) and was flooring it on the freeway (top speed for the bike [stock]) hit a rock, and well.. i'm sure you can imagine what happened next.... friend had one less cousin to say the least.... you know when those bikes get up to top speed... there's like about 1/8-1/4 of an inch of tire actually touching the ground? not too hard to throw those bikes off...

i feel bad for them, because even tho they're doing what they (atleast should know) is dangerous, general mis-conception about the bikes leaves everyone blinded.... not to mention if they're friends of others who have their own, always trying to top one another's tricks and shit... eventually it leads to injury, and death...

i like motorbikes, im not a fanatic like some people i know, but they are soo fun, and they give you such a massive rush, sometimes you get off it, and your legs are weak, and shaky and all you can say is 'whooa...thats was fun..' thats what i like about them, also the thought you could die in a split second, that really adds to the rush lol, quad bikes are better though, driving on rough terrain, my brother had a DT125 from '89.. it was fuckin lethal, i almost had my head clean smashed off my shoulders once when i was on the back of that, and it was fuckin scary..

i have came off a few times, some much worse than others, but thats life...
