the good news is quick fix did the job i passed and im back to work!!

the bad news is im back to work. 32 more years till retirment

How did you do it? And how do you know you passed? I've never failed a test myself, I've just always assumed they would call in a few days after the lab they send it to finishes testing. I read that the initial test is just preliminary, or if you fail do you really find out right away?
