General Hydro. Flora Nutes - 12/12 & More! Help :)

I flushed my soil, there going to move onto 12/12 this week. There recovering a tad bit from the PH being too high. I fed them General Hydroponics Flora Nova 7-4-10 It says to use throughout the grow and into the first 7-10 days of transition, meaning switching to 12/12 I assume?

How often do I feed this stuff to them? As a daily mix, weekly? Bi-weekly? :D

use at 1/3 strength every other watering for up to 7-14 days,then switch to bloom nutes,flush out before you change to the bloom ferts....bonbon
